Standard A/C Room
According to the money charged it worth. Room were a bit congested but were well equipped. All the dishes ordered were very tasty specially the paneer items were just am mazing. Staff was helpful and service was very quick. This property is in the center of the city.
We stayed in a standard A/C room here, it was well maintained. The room service were very professional, also the food served was up to the mark. This is a recommendable property.
It was all ok except : (i) Soft chaddar or blanket is required in summer and not winter blanket. (2) Room is cleaned when it is asked for, it should be done everyday automatically to maintain good standards of cleanliness. (3) Standard A/C room should be equipped with fridge. (4) CD player could not be connected with the Plasma TV provided. (5) Lift did not work on many occasions during my 10 days stay at the hotel and I had to walk up and down from third floor. (6) Every time I come into the room , i had to ring reception to switch on the A/C from the Master Board downside. It irritates, A/C should always be connected and could be started with remote. There is no need to call reception in other hotels. (7) Though I did not track my food expenses while checking out as I was in hurry, my own record indicates a difference of INR 400/- appx. charged to me. Though its not much, there are chances of losing more money this way if I rely totally on the hotel.
The staff are superb helpful in every way. The rooms were luxurious and clean. The food was lovely in taste. It is good value for money.
The room was decent with all the necessities. Staff was quick and prompt in their service. The food was lovely in taste. We would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and collegues.

Good staff. Chekd in twice n they gave us free taxi services n stuff like that.rooms were clean never experienced any bad things. Clean n welcoming. Area is fine afterall its india dnt expect u s standards in india.
I checked in on 26th March 2015, and left the same day, i asked some simple queries like why the food amount is charged 143 for one aloo parota and one coffee, and why it is not included in the bills, staffs are hurling abuses in hindi and among the 3 stout guys sat on reception, a fair 23 old looking guy came out and attacked me, immediately i dropped my questions and left this volga international, Other guest was their and they saw, Staffs are too arrogant and acting like thief's, they are not valuing anyone because of too much business, so do not go this hotel, because you may be write the review like this after the bad experience -
It is a Budget hotel situated in a dingy and a bit noisy place.Rooms & Wash room is clean though. And the staffs are really co-operative.My aunt catched cold bitterly when we just reached Delhi, but the attendance over there immediately provided her hot water with a pitch of salt for gargle and later gave her details of nearby Doctor. Thus helped us and made our further trip possible.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Dirty room! Stained/dirty sheets! Towels only fit for the floor! Room boys sleeping outside the bedroom door on the floor. Altogether a disgusting place.
On my honeymoon to north of India, I had to stay in Delhi for a day before I catch the train back to my city, and I was in for a horrible experience at this hotel... Although I did not stay there much and spent quite a lot of time roaming in Delhi, I think the experience was terrible... Its location is really pathetic, the staff is unprofessional, the rooms are dirty, no cleanliness and bathrrom is horrible................... In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have to just keep bag and get a quick bath but that too would prove costly... So avoid it!!!
