I opted for hotel waves near delhi airport. They told me hotel is full so we are moving to other hotel. Hotel was not upto the mark. Once the room is booked how they can allot it to other person. Overall bad experience.

Hotel does not had its own Kitchen but instead shared with Hotel Lohias which was 200 meters far. B/F quality was a problem. Everything else was OK for budget traveller. The hotel was under construction.

The property was under construction when i reached. The surrounding was noisy and dusty. The room was fine but the service was not up to the mark. The staff was rather rude and not helpful at all. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic as they used to offer only bread and tea everyday. I will never go back to such a lost property.

Only better if you just want to stay for a night and have no expectation, else it does not worth the price. Rooms were small, bed sheets not clean, toilets were dirty, lights were too dim. Room service unsatisfactory.

The staff doesnt listen to your calls. You would have to call again and again to get something done. No mobile signals in the room provided to us. Dim yellow lights in the room. Need to use torch for searching something.

This is the first time I've used this hotel. We arrived late at night and the welcome was good. The room was big, clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was well appointed with desk and chairs as well as tea/ coffee making facilities. It was well aired, clean and the bedding fresh smelling. My wife's priority! There was plenty of hot water in the morning. Breakfast was complimentary and a typical help yourself buffet, by omelette etc could be ordered. There was also a complimentary airport drop, always a good bonus. As with all hotels near the airport there were comings and goings through the night, but the sound was kept to a minimum. If you are looking for an overnight stay at budget/ medium prices this is a good bet. It's way better value than the airport city hotels!

Booked two rooms, just to freshen up before early morning flight, check in staff abrupt, but practical, on reaching our rooms, Oh dear, dirty smelly bedclothes ,dirty curtains, shower nonexistant pressure, dust everywhere, no alcohol allowed, even in restaurant, ordered a few simple snacks for room ,passable, on check out at 1 am for taxi to airport, was greeted by the most obnoxious person we have ever met in all our world travels, he even apologized for his own behaviour on several occasions. totally unacceptable .....don't go there.

When we reached hotel, we feel very disappointed with the service and ambience of this hotel, Very bed smell coming when we reached there, room and bathroom is not clean, there is 1 towel in the room when we asked for another one they give us very dirty towel like used towel, breakfast quality is very poor, really bad place to stay.
