I opted for hotel waves near delhi airport. They told me hotel is full so we are moving to other hotel. Hotel was not upto the mark. Once the room is booked how they can allot it to other person. Overall bad experience.

Hotel does not had its own Kitchen but instead shared with Hotel Lohias which was 200 meters far. B/F quality was a problem. Everything else was OK for budget traveller. The hotel was under construction.

The property was under construction when i reached. The surrounding was noisy and dusty. The room was fine but the service was not up to the mark. The staff was rather rude and not helpful at all. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic as they used to offer only bread and tea everyday. I will never go back to such a lost property.

When we reached hotel, we feel very disappointed with the service and ambience of this hotel, Very bed smell coming when we reached there, room and bathroom is not clean, there is 1 towel in the room when we asked for another one they give us very dirty towel like used towel, breakfast quality is very poor, really bad place to stay.

We stayed here for a wedding we went to attend at Aerocity. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for the night stay as most of the time in the day we were busy at wedding. They could do with being updated and maintained as they are suffering from general wear and tear which is to be expected. The staff were great and very helpful,

So Bad in every way, it was One night Hault. We booked two rooms and we reached at 8 pm. No one interested in welcoming guest, we were shocked luggage man easily asked for tip, no water in room, i call reception for water they charged for this, only One towel in room in worst condition i asked him another three time coz we r four person yet no reply from them, Bathroom cun toilet is in pathetic condition, no tissues no soaps..ohh..then breakfast god knows its 7 to 10, we r there at 7.30 sharp, yet there is lack of items no ones interested to help you empty bowls nothing at all we demand but we get so late and not everything but only few items..its not worth it for one night also..overall

Had a blast here, very helpful staff. Kanhaiya is the man. They can organise a taxi to take you to all the sights around Delhi, definitely the way to go. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I will be back. Close to the airport, with good food in the Waves cafe.

We stayed here the night before our flight to London. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for the night. They could do with being updated and maintained as they are suffering from general wear and tear which is to be expected. The staff were great and very helpful, I would recommend staying here if you need to stop over before a flight.
