there is also another hotel under this manager in Karol Bagh, Hotel Queen. there is no airport shuttle, no breakfast, no internet, no English speaking staff. The hotel is far away from the airport in Western Delhi, not easily accessible and in a rather unpleasant neighbourhood. The rooms are dirty with malfunctioning bathrooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost. , the review may help travellers to avoid such such decrepit hotels.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ... The bathroom was in a very bad condition , the wc was broken... air conditioner was not working during day time ... room service was terrible .. it took them an hour to deliver icecream cup... Staff was ok but not helpful & efficient.... I booked this hotel thinking it was a 3 star but was very disappointed.. Rooms didn't look like as they were in the pictures shown.. Location of the hotel is also very bad , with all broken roads ...

i have booked this western king keshopur mandi, for 2days, i am sharing you the real time experience, no room service, no cleaning, nobody know how to talk with customer, RAIN BASERA BETTER THEN THIS.

Worst mistake of my life that i booked this hotel.. paid for 6 nights but left hotel after 3 nyts as on 3rd nyt they entered my room when i was out for dinner.. most of my stuff wasnt in place n this is pathetic n i left hotel the next morning. . Situated in a kind of slum area.. very difficult to reach n no market or anything nearby.. I lived in suite room but there wasnt even fone for room service.. Hotel ppl turn off ac from reception daily morning N one day they turned off water too..

Stayed here for two weeks. Staff was generally helpful in giving direction and deals with autorickshaw. I preferred taking out my meals instead of ordering expensive room service. There are good restaurants, cafes, etc. in 3 km radius (Chowkhandi, Chand Nagar, Tilak Nagar Market). An e-Rickshaw ride would cost you INR 10-15 each way to reach these places. It was a very hot summer week so Cold Drinking Water on demand (no extra charge), working Air Conditioner was a huge respite. No WiFi :(.

This is nightmare hotel which seems to be beautiful in pictures & in reality is not advised to stay.room service is poor & highly chargeable food. No wi-fi. lot of rooms are out of order. Noisy atmosphere too.

i liked the hotel service the staff is very good in nature and they serve in a better way.the food was ok the location of the hotel is fine and the hotel is not a big one,it is a small hotel and it is well managed and decorated.in that much amount it is the best option.

Demo Trip Choose the front facing rooms, so that you have good day light and breeze. This is extremely helpful in Summer as there could be power cuts and generator may run out of gas.
