1. Room service was poor. 2. Air conditioning and Geyser was not working. 3. It is not worth staying in such hotel even after paying handsome amount as room rent. 4. i am not happy with the condition of the rooms provided. 5. Food quality was poor. 6. I won't recommend this hotel at all.

I have very good experienced of this Hotel Western Queen. The food quality is very good. The Rooms is very spacious, interior is very good, atomoshphere is very homely. The front office staff is very polite and cooperative. And also he give me the 5 hours stay extra without payment. One More quality of this hotel is the price is very low and quality is very high. I personally suggest please stay in this hotel without any hesitation.

It was pathetic. Food quality was very poor. To our surprise waiter brought Veg Soup with double dose of salt. We did not get breakfast free. No hot water was available.

I booked hotel on 10/3/16 (my reservation id is VL5136) and paid some money for shuit. But when I reached hotel 1st they said we can't provide u suit room then I asked about to refund my money after that they show me one ordinary room and said it is suit.that was totally different what I had seen on site.it was 3rd class room. After that I refused that hotel and asked to refund my money they behaved me very badly and refused to refund my money Now I feel cheated by hotel I lost my time and money both I requesting to all guest plz don't book room in this fraud hotel This is unsafe and third class hotel Hotel= very bad Room= very bad Behaviour= very bad

I had a very nice stay in western Queen. Environment was good and clean. It is situated in the heart of the city(Karol bagh). Rooms were big and spacious , washrooms were very clean and hygienic.Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were economical and comfortable with all kind of amenities provided. Hotel Western Queen is in the heart of Delhi. Its very close to the New Delhi Railway Station and IGI Airport. Hotel is approachable through all modes of transport and near to Karol Bagh Metro Station. I spent a week in this hotel last week and really enjoyed my stay. Its economical and offers more than you think of. The room was nice and airy, room service was best, staff was very polite, bathrooms were properly cleaned and there was no power cuts. They serve tasty food. Whenever I come to Delhi again, will definitely stay in this hotel again and I give full credits to all the staff members for making my stay enjoyable.

its a good hotel close to the reach from airport and railway station. the hotel has good room suite is at good rate with best room service. i had fun and adventure staying experience. economical price.

Worst hotel ever traveled , Lift not working , Bathroom broken , No Room Service ( No Phone for calling counter ) , Misbehavior by the workers. No Wi-Fi , No News paper, No drinking water served......
