I visited the hotel on 19th February and checked out on 20th. Got room on 4th floor. The rooms are really small but worth the value for your money. One wouldn't get a better deal at the price I was offered. The dinner was ok but sweet dish I got with my platter was very good. Breakfast too had a very good variety and the staff was good enough to take care of you, considering the number of guests they were taking care of. Overall a cool experience.

Property: 3* Located in Aerocity among other 10-15 hotels, this place is modern and definitely made for the travellers. But that does not mean that you will charge 100-150 USD per night for such a tiny space. With total area of almost 100-120 sq ft including bathroom. The bathroom looks like an overthought, only enough space to go and stand inside. No toiletries, no extra towels and NO IN-ROOM DINING. I'm sure travellers don't mind getting served in their rooms. A coffee shop and a restaurant cum bar opposite the reception can accommodate fewer guests compared to the capacity of the hotel. Rooms: 1* Nothing but a queen sized bed and an extremely small workspace and even smaller bathroom. That would be sufficient but not at the price the hotel lends you its pad. Cleanliness though is up to mark. Food:2* Tasty but extremely overpriced, I suggest you better find home deliveries with more options and at reasonable prices. Dinner for two including drinks would cost 4000* (USD 70-80) bucks, quite an amount for this service and taste. Breakfast buffet is well laid and sufficient, starts at 5am till 11am. Staff: 2* The hotel has very few staff and may be that's the reason they don't have in-room dining. Your luggage might take 30-45 minutes to reach to your room as it happened with us. Front desk staff is polite and warm. Very difficult to find a clean table at 1130pm immediately after the buffet due to lack maintenance staff. Value for Money:2* Much better properties at same price and bigger rooms with more ameneties are very much available in the vicinity so keep it as your last alternative.

Price wise this is one of cheapest options among st recognized hotel chains. Location: Aerocity. Perfect if you are flying in or out of New Delhi Rooms: Biggest disappointment. Very small in size. Not of great value. you feel claustrophobic. Otherwise service is at par.

The hotel has outdated computer system so you will find the reception crowded like a train ticket counter. The check in staff fumble with details to check in despite your bookings thru travel website. If you order an airport pick up which in most cases you will since it is an airport hotel you can be rest assured that they will not. Food is pathetic. Bar is a few chairs put aside in the restaurant with one man army serving the restaurant guests and bar guests with drinks. You are better off staying in some charitable place rather than paying this property money and having an experience worse than a charitable stay. Rooms have portable plastic shower cabins and the overall experience is more likely to be a nightmare. Please avoid this hotel even if you won a night stay through lucky draw.

Ideally situated hotel if you want to avoid the Delhi traffic. Check-in & Checkout were good except the hotel does not seem to make use of its priority check-in/out except for the air hostesses. Good variety at dinner. Hotel has 15minute policy - i.e. your request will be resolved within 15 minutes. Unfortunately NOT in practice as I found out on 2 occasions. On the second occasion, it was still not resolved by the time I checked out - 45 minutes after my request. Also - lady at Guest services was not very helpful and in fact gave me incorrect information

Demo Trip Choose smoking rooms even if you don't. Almost all hotels put them on top floors to avoid risk of fire. You get a nicer view.
