Worst stay ever! Worst stay ever!

This is the most awfully terrible place I have ever stayed. It is overpriced, overhyped hotel with no proper standard facilities. Guests have to carry their own luggage from lobby to their room, the room is awfully small and there are no categories in rooms. The washroom is the tinniest I have ever been, suffocating, probably made for dwarfs. Food was tasteless. Internet was paid (slow internet was available for free). There are plenty of good hotels available in that location which must be preferred to this one.

I stayed with my mother who suffers from limited mobility. We were easily provided the room with accessible bathrooms, which made a huge difference to mum's stay and we extended the stay by 2 days while I dealt with things to be done in Delhi. However, what made the biggest difference was the staff who were ready to peep into the room to say hello to mum and ask her for any requirements while I was away for 4 to 5 hour spurts on work. The food was good, the waiters were professional, the ambiance was fine and the location was of course very convenient. All in all a good and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at IBIS Aerocity. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. Priyanka from reception was very kind and assisted us several times - notably she beautifully wrapped me and my friend in a Sari that we were wearing for a wedding, helped us with late check out, etc. Housekeeping was always quick in addressing our requests and professional. The location is close to the airport but nevertheless quiet. Security in the building (and Aerocity in general) is high.

I stayed in this hotel for a few weeks for my job. The hotel is nice, big and clean, the food is excellent and the staff really kind. My hotel room was always really clean and tidy thanks to a guy called DHANANJAY. He was the best!

IBIS New Delhi provides comfortable, modern facilities close to the airport, with price to match global aspirations. If you are used to cost per night at the lower end of high and have no interest in local color or flavor, apart from some food- or if you just need a night's sleep between flights- this IBIS will be fine for you. Wifi connection is good, and restaurant will supply you with decent food. But if you like India, you'd be better off paying half the price for a real Delhi hotel. Might be some rough edges, and Internet will be slower, but you'll get more cheerful service and enjoy what makes Delhi and India worth coming to.
