The experience from Booking to confirmation the process is smooth and excellent services. In future will definitely prefer to use travelguru for future travel bookings. One suggestion to include pickup in the package.
Overall OK, satisfied and enjoyed
Large, spacious rooms with excellent sized bathrooms. Perhaps the largest sized 5 stars rooms in Delhi. Service too was excellent. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Completely recommend this hotels to any serious business traveler.
The hotel is far away from the Airport like 45 Mints from the airport,No market place near by hotel,But nice scenarios are there,The staff are very good and also very co-oprative,Yes I definatly recommend the hotel to my family and friends and also for business trip.

When reviewing hotels on Trip Advisor I usually go to Terrible, simply because anyone can write a great review. Be assured that in this review I have no interest in the chain or the hotel but was so overcome by my experience there that I felt compelled to write this review. My first stay at this hotel was late in 2015 and I just never got around to writing a review. Several months back my wife, I and my adult daughter stayed there, and it was an experience not to be forgotten. As for the room, it was over 50 square meters. A room that could easily accommodate 3 adults. The room was kept spotless, and there was more than an abundance of towels and amenities. Since we had a third adult we expected as we have in the past to get a rollaway. We were all astonished that when the third bed was supplied, the frame came with a box spring and a mattress. In essence it was a complete single bed. As for the concierge service it was superb. All the people who worked there were mature and knowledgeable adults. Before arriving at the hotel I e-mailed the concierge for specific details and within 24 hours I had a complete reply to my enquiry and was given additional information that I forgot to ask. The breakfast served was varied and there was no shortage of excellent service. We treated ourselves to a course of several dishes at the the Chinese restaurant.. In keeping with everything at the hotel it was excellent. The hotel in located in the Embassy Enclave away from the hustle of the city but is still located close enough to get to all the sights. In the lobby there is a moving display of all the high dignitaries and presidents that have stayed at this hotel. I am not one of these dignitaries, but the service I was given I am sure equalled that given to any President or dignitary. I must commend and thank Mr. Zubin Songadwala, the general manager for running such a superb hotel. I also want o extend my personal thanks to Mr. Ghander Mauli, who was the butler on our floor. He was always there when we needed him and more than extended himself to please us. You must stay at this hotel, if you go to New Delhi, it was an experience which I will repeat should I return.
The stay was excellent and the staffs attitude were appreciable especially Ms. Rithasha who helped us a lot... she is amazingly helpful... I take this as an opportunity to thank herbest of luck Ms.Rithasha
For my first visit to India, I was a little concerned with all of the horror stories of poor this, unsafe that - I needn't have bothered worrying. From the moment the ITC driver collected me and my colleagues at 2am at the airport from our flight from London, everything was taken care of by the excellent staff at the ITC Maurya. The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean and a real treat to settle in to . The view was not anything spacial, but as we were in India for a conference and meetings, we were coming and going at all hours.. The security was tight, but never overbearing and always so polite. I noted some other comments about the food, I only ate breakfast in the hotel as our schedule was really hectic. The food was wonderful, the coffee superb, and I got off to a great start with the meals. Given that so much was going on, I was amazed that the staff still managed the personal touch. Many thanks ITC staff, it was you that made my stay so wonderful.... it's a good hotel, but the staff made the difference.
My 2/5 rating is relative to other four or five star hotels. While the Maurya boasts an impressive guest list of heads of state, those of us traveling on business have different needs, and the Maurya unfortunately does not meet the high standard one would hope for in a higher price point hotel. The goods: - Pleasant, tasteful decor. It won't be winning any awards for stylish, but it's solid, reasonably pleasing, and not overly distracting. - The staff were friendly - Good restaurant choices The bads: - Worst internet I've experienced in Delhi, or just about anywhere, in terms of price and performance. Normally I penalize a point for making me pay for internet, but these prices were just outrageous - ~$9/day for "high speed", ~$22 for "superfast". I only booked the high speed - couldn't bring myself to the $22 - and it was super slow. Slow page loads, forget trying to watch netflix or facetiming with home before you go to bed. - Walls were pretty thin - neighbor turned on the TV and I could hear every word. - Room temperature difficult to control - no matter how I adjusted the thermostat room was cold - No staff follow through - when I did call for something got transferred around until I gave up The other: - Breakfast was so-so. No bad, but the Courtyard in Gurgaon actually seemed better to me at 1/3 the price - Windows were weird. Looked big with the curtains closed; curtains covered a lot of wall and not a lot of window If this didn't rate itself as a five-star, I would bump it's rating by a point or two; given the pricing of the Maurya it's just not worth it.
As a long term guest here, just like to say I have never stayed at a better hotel. Comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff. I arrived here after an 18 hour journey and was immediately made to feel at home when met by one of the associates, Preet. She welcomed me, showed me my room and explained how the hotel worked. However, she recognised I was tired and allowed me to rest and said she would come back later and go through things again. A lovely start to my stay. All the staff, from the security to the management are attentive and friendly; nothing is too much trouble. Everything is nicely balanced, just the amount of attention you need. As a long term guest, too much attention can be overwhelming after a while. The balance her is just right. Lovely gym, pool and gardens, fantastic breakfasts. The only place to stay in Delhi. Love it!
