Experience at JMD LUXURY HOME was awesome. The rooms were decorated in authentic delhi style and was well furnished. GUEST HOUSE owners and staff were very friendly and approachable.The food was very tasty and affordable compared to other known BEST HOTEL in New Delhi.

Hospitality in this hotel is awesomely change .Hotel is shown great sense of service and staff is very polite and courteous .As this hotel is very convenient for the business traveler and very near to airport so i visit this place .I am very happy to have this kind of service in JMD LUXURY HOME .I must recommend this place to others.Keep it up

I booked this place several months ago for my in-laws who were visiting from abroad. It was a big disappointment. The reason for giving them one star is for housekeeping people who are good and they listened to us when we made any requests. The cleanliness is poor, furniture in room and shower needs to fixed (especially water heater). They have terrible customer service because you always have to ask for things. Guess what, there is no car parking and security guard is extremely rude to people who want to park their car even for 5 mins. In a nutshell, it was a very bad experience.

I don't know why they even exist, when there are arrays and arrays of hotels near by offering better service and at relatively very less price.... I stayed there because my friend had booked this for all his guests who came for his Brother's marriage.. I am not blaming him that why he booked this, because of some event in New Delhi, all the hotels were fully occupied, so that poor chap did not have any option other than booking this .. Their room looks like some cheap road side inn, service is a joke, the entire staff give very bland expressions ... They have wifi, but it never connects, they don't have car parking, i parked on road, and some one flicked few accessories from my car ;; duhhhhhh

Hi I mistakenly stayed at this place a second time, after flying in internationally and arriving at 3.30pm on a cold winter day.. It is now nearly 9pm and I ordered vegetarian thali 2 hours ago, it still has not arrived, and I have asked repeatedly for it. I had a few biscuits and tea on arrival but that was 5 and 1/2 hours ago... Like I asked about 4 hours ago for a heater, a blanket for the bed, or for someone to come and get the hot water working for me so I could have a hot shower, which ended up not working, so I had to shift rooms. For 2500 IR rupees, pls consider something else. The staff barely speak English so how do you get any service? I asked for hot water for a shower and got a glass of hot water. I have spent the last few months in Nepal and I'm very used to spending time in India, but this has to be the worst service I have had all round. I will never stay here again, in fact there are much newer and better hotels for less money (like 1444 IR per night) a few streets away, so I'm going there tomorrow. And they include breakfast. Here you have to pay for meals for this price.
