We booked this hotel based on trip advisor reviews and because of its location to Delhi international airport. We arrived after a tortuous internal flight from Goa - long delay and poor plane and the hassle of travelling by plane in India - so on arrival we were met by a driver and from there through to reception, the staff in the club room to breakfast and departure the whole experience was excellent. Our room was well equipped and nicely appointed and the overall feel and ambience was very enjoyable. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. In summary a great stay.

What a pleasure to deal with this fine hotel. As opposed to a trip just a day before. The restaurant was outstanding, with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were excellent and all anyone could ask for. The 24 hour restaurant was a savior since we arrived in the middle of the night, and were able to get a couple of beers. Bills were all prepared and 100% correct when we checked out.

I travel to India extensively for work, and as a result have stayed in many chains across the country. The JW Marriott hotels were my favorites in Chandigarh and Pune, so I decided to give the JW in Aerocity, New Delhi a shot too. It turns out this is probably the best hotel in the city, and better than usual ITC or Taj equivalents for business travelers. If the hotel can be dinged for anything, then possibly for the location (there really isn't much to do nearby, so the main selling point is the proximity to the airport). As for how this hotel is, where to start? The rooms are very large, with modern amenities. They are very well-thought out. The staff are exceptionally courteous and go the extra mile to make a stay worthwhile. This is especially appreciated after you're grumpy after missed connections on 24+ hours of travel. The breakfast is exceptional. I had a late departure, and the front-desk staff made no fuss about letting me check out a little later in the day. All the JWs in India are fantastic, but this one is probably my favorite.

Location advantage as it is very close to the Airport. Very hospitable staff, good and spacious rooms. Comfort was perfect. Good food and very nice breakfast spread. The fitness area and the Outdoor pool deck are nice. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

This is a hotel near New Delhi Airport. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and clean and substantially better that Marriott properties I am used to in the UK or USA. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly, but unfortunately if you make the mistake of asking, for example, a member of staff in the executive lounge for something that is not their responsibility (eg cup of tea) then it may well never arrive. A perfectly good hotel for those in transit.
