Hotel is located centrally in the main city. Our room was neat and clean with all the necessities. The staff too was caring and polite. Also the food was fabulous in taste. It was worth the money we paid.

Hotel is located bit far from the business hub. My room was clean and neat with all the facilities. Staff was helpful with friendly nature. Even the food quality was average in taste. This is an average property.

Great restaurant staff is the only positive thing I can say. The rest of the staff was just OK and the hotel doesn't respond to expectations. Noisy parties, noisy air conditioning, cold room. Bathroom is great and office space just OK In case of trouble don't expect help from the hotel, only apologies. They are good at that.

The whole hotel including the rooms and bars offers a high standard of quality in a nice atmosphere! However, the age of the hotel is partly visible which can be seen in a positive or negative way. We appreciated the historic appearance a lot and recommend this 5* Indian landmark hotel (the founder of New Delhi was living in the complex) to our friends.

Stayed here for two nights at the start of our tour of India. The room (208) was large, very well appointed and very quiet, the food was wonderful and the staff were courteous and attentive. This is a beautiful oasis of a hotel in the midst of the frantic city of Delhi. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our first days in India so memorable.

My son and I stayed at the Maidens Hotel at each end of our Indian adventure. The first which started our holiday was uneventful. The hotel was a superb place to begin. Suitably colonial , clean and well manicured with superb staff and wonderful food. Our return after a fortnights travelling really put the hotel to the test. I returned with what has turned out to be a broken bone in my foot. The staff could not have been kinder. A variety of wheelchairs were produced, breakfast was served in the room and the manager was very solicitous. My son did entertain the restaurant staff with wheelies down the corridor!! Many thanks. We will remember the Maidens with affection.

I would like to say that hotel staff is one very cooperative and specially shruti at front desk is very helpfull and knows well how to treat the clients her efgorts are always appreciated and good luck to her and the staff.
