This was the first time, I went for Fabhotel. It was value for money.with a price tag less that 2K they also offered breakfast and good room. Which is the positive point. Didnt tried restaurant or breakfast service. So cant comment on the food. Rest of all is good and worth visiting second time.
I stayed in this hotel from 21 to 22 August 2016.
PLUS: Fron office staff..very good assistance especially Mr.Parag Sharma and Mr. Hemant
Delicious food including complimentary breakfast
MINUS: Bed linen and towels to be cleaned
Bathroom to be cleaned properly.
Breakfast time of 7.30 am to be strictly maintained. ..it was not ready even at 7.45 am!!!
Restaurant staff especially waiters don't know how to talk to guests.
No waiter was available during breakfast time; had to call them each time.
In spite of the above I enjoyed my stay at the hotel
this is a very good hotel, this was my 1st visit to hotel majestic . Staff is very helpfull. best thing is that every room has a balcony.room decoration was fabulous. Room wallpaper & flooring was very new.

Right from the beginning till the end, it was just terrible. On Arrival, hotel does have a dedicated manager or staff. there were trainees and couple of guys sitting next to them, on asking, they said they do not belong to reception, but they were just sitting.
Immediately after entering my room i got a call, stating, there is a problem in water supply and pipe work will go on until 3 pm. So i could not use toilet facilities.
Later at night i came back, at 9:30 and still water was not there, on asking at reception, they said, only my room has problem because it is a corner room. then the men on reception said, he will change my room, the booking i made through Zo rooms, so i informed them about the problem.
Even after 30 minutes were gone, my room was not changed, on asking 2-3 times on reception, hotel said, they are cleaning and preparing another room for me.
Finally when i moved to the other room it was a disaster, as from no where it looked that someone was cleaning the room. It was very smelly, dirty linen and bed sheet.
So i gave up and some how i was just waiting for the morning, then immediately i checked out, as i changed my booking from 2 nights to 1 night. Even on check out, there was no responsible person or manager available.
The house keeping staff was like some really like a lodge staff, simply pathetic. No way you can say looking at them, as if they belong to any hotel.
Stayed at Majestic for a night only and the experience was satisfying. I will sum up my visit as under.
Location : excellent.
Value for money: very good.
Room and comfort: excellent.
Service: quick and courteous.
Breakfast : complimentry but the choice is limited.
Sound proofing: very good.
Cleanliness : very good.
Average price for double bed room: 3300 to 4000.
There are many restaurants within 150 m radius from this location.
Overall I recommend fellow travelers to give it a try when u r in the east of Kailash.
