we stayed there for 3 nights. The room was ok. we went for the breakfast and the buffet had small quantities of food and when it was finished, it took a while for the staff to replenish it. very slow service. It also took a while at the reception to check us in. It was also the time that the 500 and 1000 dollar notes were not accepted, we only had our credit card and ATMs were also closed. we requested the reception if we could pay through the credit card for the taxi service but it was refused and no sort of help was given to assist us during that time.

stayed for four nights with my family, a decent hotel ..................but some services needs improvement. The young reception desk Manager is very courteous and helpful but the person who manages taxi services is not so helpful.

The hotel has a 24hour working restaurant in it. Though I haven't stayed in the hotel, I used the restaurant a lot. It provides you with tasty vegetarian food and good service. I'd certainly recommend you this place if you were in this area of Delhi.

Room was ok..location was accesible.Yet something about the hospitality and service didnt feel fine as when you are paying and not staying for wish bit of a reception.No it wasnt there. More over food is vegetarian big no for die hard non veg lovers like me.Plus they have very strict check in policies..they were demanding my sisters voter id and refused to accept college id card although I had furnished my all details.Nopes not visiting any time soon!! Lot of other better options at a stones throw away.

1. The place is very centrally located, right smack dab in the middle of the hustle bustle of the Paharganj Area of delhi with the noise hitting you right in the chin the moment you step out. 2. The rooms are decently built thoug with just enough space to move around. 3. Rooms are poorly lit with inadequate lighting provisions. 4. Bathrooms are cramped for space though. 5. Corridor on the first floor near the lift area had a pungent and awful smell right through our stay and hits you everytime you head for the lift or exit it. 6. Food is good with descent and prompt service, right through the night. 7. Wi-Fi connectivity and speed is good. 8. Room Service is blatantly poor and grossly inadequate. Service staff are very lackadaisical and nonchalant. 9. All in all - "Good for short stays, preferably transitory stays/halts".
