Overall we are very satisfied. We are the first time visitor to New Delihi. Its great experience. Nice staff.
Also please concentrate on South Indian foods. Its very less and minimum choice. Its the only advice from my side
Wonderful stay at the Novotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The airport shuttle service was excellent as was the breakfast buffet in the morning. Special thanks to Ravinder and Pradeep at the concierge desk and Aaruv at the check in desk! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
Visiting Delhi for the first time and staying at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity was definitely the best decision. Comfort and relaxation away from the buzz of the city after a day of exploring. Great food, outstanding costumer service, good value for money. Delightful experience. Surely, will do the same on our next trip to India.
I had visited this hotel with my family to start our north India trip . hotel has great infrastructure and very helpful staff. The best part is its proximity to airport as well ( good for travelers like me) . I have visited lot many novotel properties now and the experience here was way ahead even among other similar hotels.

What we received.....
A small room with one bath robe uncleaned with brown marks, smelt like poo! No bath. There was a shower that went from hot to cold, we had spent 3 months in India, Indian accommodation does not have the best showering facilities, we were excited to stay in 5 star? accommodation so that we could have a comfortable bed, good food and most importantly a proper shower, what a let down! We went for a drink at the Bar, we were entertained by a mouse running from couch to couch. We had emailed a day before staying at the Novotel, letting them know we were arriving by bus in the morning, we asked if they could pick us up, they replied saying that they could to let them know the time we were to be dropped of and the address of were to pick us up, we arrived to no one there to pick us up, which was fine, we paid for a Took Took. 12:00 am in the morning we received a call on the hotel room phone, we awoke to the gentlemen asking us if we needed picking up from the bus station??? We were at the hotel, we sent the date, time and address for pickup?
Our package included 2 items of Laundry, I got together two items and went down to reception to ask about laundry and to tell them about the shower, they said they couldnt do anything from reception that we would have to go back up to our room and phone 0 ask them to pickup our laundry and tell them about our shower, we were able to organise the laundry, we found it impossible to explain about the shower.
Next time we will try Pullmans next door (connected and part of Accor), you can get the same package, better room, with bath and cheaper, Pullmans Restaurant is much better and the overall hotel ambience looks more professional.
The Spa or wellness centre that caters for both Novotel and Pullmans is first class, amazing!
The Pool that is shared is heated, great size, the conference area that the two hotels share looks great. It's such a shame that Novotel did not live up to expectations and value for money!
