I loved my stay at Pals inn, the customer care is excellent right from their manager Mr. Arvinder Singh to the lower staff. The hotel is very ideal for budget customers and its strategically located in New delhi with a 5mins ride to the Metro station and about 15mins drive to the city centre.

It was just awesome. The GM Mr. Arvinder is very friendly. Organizes for all requested logistics .....walks an extra mile to ensure customer comfort. The staff are also very good. The GM will alwYs guide where to get the best currency exchange rate

I stayed in this Hotel with my family during the last week of August for 3 nights. It is a very good Hotel to stay. The staff members were very cordial and decent. The amenities were good. The food was tasty and good. Overall it is a good place and worth the price. Thanks

The rooms are well maintained, the staff is courteous and pleasant. The hotel is located in the main patel nagar market and is surrounded by residential areas. The metro station is close by and so are several cafes and restaurants. Overall great value for money.

it was our fault to pay the owner before hand ....we stayed for more then 10 nights in this hotel before paying the amount owner talked so nicely but after paying his attitude changed alots .... one day we forgot to turn off ac and when we returned back we were stepping up to our room and he(owner)shouted and scold my brother ... so i want to remind the owner that ATTHI DEVO VOHA WHICH which mean guest are god he might forgot .... but i from my heart say staff are really good and supportive ..and i would like to THANK YOU ALL...
