Great value for money. There isn't much to look out to in terms of view but then again the hotel is in lajpat Nagar so you win some you loose some. Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Room service was great but I would like more items on the menu but that's just a personal preference. Also the in room food items can be improved. The only thing I would change as the hotel is trying to be sustainable is to replace the tiny shampoo and gel bottles with refillable ones. Oh and the reception area could be made a bit more cozy. Other than that reception area was very efficient even with large number of guests, restaurant is good, room service was great, the artwork in the room adds a great splash of colour to the room. Would definitely recommend in terms of value for money.

There is a lot of crowd. There is very little space in the temple premises, That is why you get very little time inside. The queue for the temple can take at least two hours.

We arrived from the airport 3 hours early, were hungry and were waiting to check in. We asked for the restaurant menu, but were told that the chef was not there and would be back in an hour. We waited another hour in the lobby, came up to ask for the menu again, but the same person told us that the restaurant would open in 2 hours. Why couldn't they have told us right away? We wouldn't have wasted time and gone to another restaurant! After checking in, there were also some downsides, the hotel is expensive, but can't take care of the cleanliness of the superior rooms? There is no hair dryer in the room, our discount was also cancelled and we had to go to the reception. The advantages include the convenient location of the hotel, the staff is also good

One of the best hotels in the city!! It was a wonderful stay for us . We had initial booking for 2 days since we were travelling out and returning to the city. We had 1 day for another hotel but because of the wonderful experience we cancelled the other stay and re booked for an additional day here. The moment our booking was made..they made a room ready for us even before we arrived at hotel. They even remembered that we needed a non smoking room (obviously we had told them the 1st time we stayed here) The front staff was super good and super helpful. We had an early morning flight on the last day but they helped us pack an amazing breakfast. It was just perfectly done. My 6 year old enjoyed the meal and it was enough until we reached home. The food in their restaurant is also awesome. We had almost all our meals with them because of the taste. I am definetly choosing it whenever I am in Delhi again
