The best advantage of the hotel is the location. There is a wide shopping area near the hotel. I visited the hotel on new year evening. It was my first visit to the hotel so I took an advice from the reception that to which restaurant should we go for dinner. There were two gentleman Sutej and Deepak. Deepak gave a full information for all three restaurant and the new year evening package. Both the guys gave us full attention as it was difficult because there was very rush . I was quite happy with the hospitality they offered and also the food was delicious in Zune. The staff was co-operative and helpful. I much impressed by lobby also. Its just amazing. Looking for visiting again very soon for a stay with family. Thanks for your hospitality

It was a wonderful experience to work with Kritika, The event co-ordinator at the place. She arranged for the best of services at the potentially best price. Not getting disturbed from any outsider was added fun to the Lunch Party.

My daughter and I stayed at Piccadilly in early December. We arrived on the 01/12 and was greeted by Ankush at the reception. He was just amazing. He answered all our questions and was very patient and polite. He also assisted us by advising us the best place to change currency. His level of service was great. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. I was happy to have someone like Ankush to deal with. So Piccadilly should be proud to have someone like you working for them. I can't say much about any other areas of service as I wasn't impressed. The restaurant staff were hopeless. The breakfast selection is terrible.. You need to have more actual breakfast food. Not everyone like to eat noodles and fried rice. Thanks Anita & Savannah

Easy check-in and good staff. Room service was bit slower but still good. Price was not so expensive or cheap but it was all equals to stay experience of my own. Do recommend if you are visiting delhi for 2-3 days.

We stayed for 4 days for wedding. The hotel is idealy located but poorly managed. The location is just on the metro station and nearby market areas. The hotel staff are nice helpful and extend their support but have limitations because nothing works there. The room tv , AC, telephone , sockets , shower had problems and bed is not comfortable. The breakfast is far from 5 star expectation and just ok style. Overall the hotel needs serious introspective remedies.
