We visited to attend a friend's wedding and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is quite old and the rooms are decent but in need for a refurbishment. The bathrooms especially look very dated. Other than that it was quite clean with daily cleaning too. The lobby is very impressive and the restaurant is fine too (food is good but service is slow and unresponsive). Location is fairly far from attractions and not that pretty but there is a metro station.

I stayed at Piccadily , Janakpuri for a night . The staff is rude , unprofessional and mannerless . Even the seniors won't listen to your problems . There is not even a single thing that I liked about this hotel . I would rather sleep on the road rather than checking into this property again .

Don't stay at this hotel its a joke. Nothing works correctly the service desk is completely riduclous. They can't even get the correct names on the booking. I can't believe that they think they are 5 star they are not even 1 on service. Much better properties around.

Stayed in this property along with my friends on 25 Jan, nothing great except lobby, we were given room on 6th floor, view was ok but rooms need refurbishing, ugly part that they will force you to buy water as denied normal RO water, water brand was also unfamiliar, buffet breakfast was chaotic, spread was ok kind of, very less juice/shake varieties. You have to ask waiter for small small things like butter, sugar napkins etc. Checkin and checkout experience was also average, not a wow feeling. Overall an average property.

Reception looks big and luxurious, but once in the elevator and on the (10th, executive floor!) I thought oops ...that doesn't look 5*. Walls are damaged, lift is old. Rooms are very spacious with comply beds and huge tv. Bathroom fittings are bit old, toilet pot was loose. But all works though. Breakfast was good. Pool as well. Big downside is payable WiFi!! That's not of 2016 anymore! half hour, 200rs. ++, 24hrs rs1000++.come on! Location is super. Next to big mall, fast food, beer shop, coffee place,huge supermarket in mall and..opposite metro station....
