Stay away from hotel restaurant they charge AA Rosette prices for buffet weather spoon food, rip off! Pool had pigeon crap floating in it. hotel needs a complete face lift in side and out, rooms are 5/10. Over priced. near very busy road pollution is bad. Great Mero links threw city.

So we had a marriage function planned over for 2 days in Hotel Piccadily and trust me that was the worst decision we took to plan in this hotel Hotel claims to be a 5 star, but I believe this hotel doesn't deserves to get even a 1 star We booked 20 Rooms six months prior to the wedding date and on the date where all our guests were supposed to check in, they said they don't have the sufficient rooms to accommodate our guests After tons of arguments, fights, they released 6-7 rooms initially and then slowly and finally by 5 PM we got our 20 Rooms Rooms Quality - Washrooms are very dirty - Almost in all the washrooms there was water blockage problem - Lights and AC will remain in "Switched on" state even if you pull out the key card Room Service - You have to call at least 5 or 6 times if you need anything in your room - There is no free WIFI even though we made a bulk booking, but they claim if you book rooms from website, you can get free WIFI - Max 2 free water bottles are allowed for 1 day. After that next day you literally need to beg them to keep the " 2 Free Bottles" Food Quality - That's probably the only "Good" thing about this hotel. Food is good and tasty - There are 2 or 3 Live counters and if by mistakenly you order any food from those counters, expect food at your table in or around 30-40 mins - You won't find cutlery or tissue paper easily on your table. - You won't easily get bread(s) served on your table

well, this was the first stop on our tour of India. We were a bit shocked to find such an impressive hotel in the middle of all the smog and dirt from the city, and the security on the gates. nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, we had a wake up call on time and as we were going out before breakfast had a breakfast to go with. the hotel had 3 restaurants, an Italian a Chinese and of course an Indian one, which we ate at. Everything was very nice indeed. The only downside, which is not the fault of the hotel, but the smog did get into the lobby, couldn't be helped as schools were closed for 3 days because of it.

My stay at Piccadily Hotel at New Delhi was total value of money, Property of hotel was beautiful from outside look and interior too, easy booking process made me reliable i get booked room as per our need, staff were very impressive at their work they were always ready to help and attentive their work i found, rooms were specious with all basic facilities total accommodation provided by management, peaceful atmosphere relaxing sleeping quality of beds impressed me lot this was best stay for me out of all stay till now.

The property boasts of a star reputation. We had been to the place to attend the function hosted by our friends. The snacks were totally cold. Even the taste lacked the punch. Later the dinner too was found to be barely warm / cold.
