3 days before i had a dinner in Zune food was wow service was good but i was little disappointed becoz many things are not available even kingfisher and peanuts. Its my request dont convert the good place into bad. Overall experience good thanks to Manish, Ajay

I stayed in room 805. The reception staff were friendly. I was shown to my room and my case was brought to my room. The room is large, spacious and clean. The bathroom is also of a reasonable size. It has a tired look. A small bar of soap is provided. One small hand towel between two people. No hair dryer and the shower is difficult to use. This is a good hotel, but NOT 5*. It is more like a good 3* or an average 4* hotel.

As noted by others the hotel is past its best. But, the staff are very friendly and helpful; they told us about local restaurants and markets, printed our boarding cards, changed money etc. I was impressed by the level of security and didn't mind having our car boot and our bags searched. I didn't try to bring water in as it was complimentary as was the wifi. For the money and the convenience it was good value. We stayed at the beginning and end of our stay in India and the rooms were basic but perfectly clean. We normally had fruit and freshly prepared omelettes for breakfast but on the last day lamb meatballs in rosemary sauce! Rather unusual but in fact delicious.

stayed date 7- 9 march 2017 on floor 6 ,========== the hotel was once hilton --- wait ---almost 7-8 yrs ago , it was good then , now the carpets smelly as they are same 12 yr old,stinks,bathrooms old wash besans,old fittings , water taps bad, had to call staff which came too late to empty the overflooded wash besan worst service-- had to ask for shampoo etc atleast 5 times in 2 hrs and shouted 3 times on phone , even was assured a callback but noone bothered to call finally had to walk myself to the housekeeping store to get , very poor staff , when u promise you will crosscheck not only you must call and check - but nothing they sent even after assurance in 2 hrs , Staff is very careless and takes everything for granted , if a customer shouts in 1 hr for 3 times even then you dont send towels and shampoo and the customer walks himself to the housekeeping ! whats worse you can expect! its worse experience ! i have no single plus point except its looks from outside ! BEWARE THEY DONT ALLOW ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE ! NOT EVEN BOTTLES OF WATER OR BEER ( SEALED ) OR OPEN NOTHING IS ALLOWED THEY WANT MAKE MONEY IN FOOD ! you are not allowed any drinks from outside in your bag , you must buy each and everything from this poor hotel which stinks, hotel breakfast presentation is good and thats the only plus point -- otherwise the taste below average, specially the containers they use to serve is worst with extraordinary big lid which will either fall or your plate will fall , Invasion of privacy for visitors and self --- a guard asks you about your room number near lift , once inside hotel why someone will ask , why they dont have card base acess of list if they feel so unsecure , why ? if you are concerned issue lift access by cards ,needless to say the privacy is hurt for the guests and it feels awkward telling room number if we come and go up 5 times having security is good but checking food items and liquor bought from outside just before checkin is too bad ! we found this nowhere in any hotel ever bad management - checking time we informed we have 2 day booking from 2 websites , still they call day 2 and ask when we will checkout ---- very annoying and unprofessional attitude of hotel , hotel is very much insecure and desperate to sell its food priced at 5 star prices food is below average in taste, the lobby sofas are too old old fabrics even the marble floor is not shining as its too old , very unprofessional handling of everything and standard of a 2 star rated property, do not go by pictures the hotel is tooo old , you can see pigeons in the pool bathing and enjoying, when it was hilton -- it really was and i have stayed here before, now its nothing -- we will never book this again we stayed 2 days , worst experience from management and poorest maintenance , they spoilt a well kept property in prime location hotel probably gets internet booking groups so doesnt care for quality and guests , phone instruments in rooms have broken keys , imagine a non renovated hotel built 20 yrs ago with poor management - needles to say -its not worth the ratings ,service too bad

Usually to the capital city it is tourist or bussiness visits, this busy city has for a tourist valued site to view this city for business is very much to precision so basically not much time is wasted. Yet to stay either for a couple of days this hotel takes the cake. Located in a prime location gives you the satisfaction of relishing fine cusine is an ambience of masterclass has a fine pool and a class coffee shop.good obliging staff with a hospitable smile.certainly a place worth staying while in Delhi .
