Its to spend only few hours in the night that I chose this hotel, randomly from the website. Decent hotel and clean sheets welcome you in the room. Adequate level of lighting, though there is no master switch to turn off all the lights. Bath room is okay except that I couldn't turn off the TV volume (the knob is not functioning).

Many times we stayed in Radission blue, dwarka, New Delhi. But this last time experience was horrible. The management treated like a ordinary lodging services. I complined the matter to the management that time during my stay and also they appoogige for the same. Any way it was a bad experience for me.

Stay was good. Reception staff need some more training as they are unable to handle huge crowd.Last night in the hotel we could not sleep as one room to ur room was allocated to Weeding people and at least 20 people in one room shouting banging doors full night. Early morning we had to take flight. Security system needs to be checked in the hotel

I visited this hotel with my partner after arriving late on a flight from Cochin International. There was a problem with the booking but it was handled very professionally by the front desk and Duty Manager Anant Khanna. We'd an excellent night's sleep and delicious breakfast looked after by Chef Saed. We were sorry to leave.

This was my 4th business conference at Radisson Blu in three years. The experience was a repeat of excellent services and good facilities. Halls are spacious and there is sufficient space to walk around. Radisson staff are polite and have a 'can do' attitude. They'll even offer tea or coffee if you turn up early. There is usually a good spread of food. You can choose in advance. There is enough to do after meeting hours. On the ground floor you shop at Fab India, Max, Pantaloon, etc or check out 'Gulab' for gol guppa or sweets.

We stayed here after travelling 3 months across most of India. We arrived slightly early for check in, however they let us get tucked into the incredible breakfast buffet whilst they arranged for our room to be available. We were always very comfortable throughout our stay and the staff were always on hand of ever we needed anything. The only annoying part was the lift cards kept failing to work. We went back numerous times to change cards. A minor issue overall. I was amazed how some guests speak to the staff over here. A complete lack of respect and quite frankly I felt was rude and uncalled for. The staff were very accommodating and always on hand to help. We couldn't praise them enough! Reasonably priced at 50 a night which includes one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever had. Literally everything you can think of was on offer so we indulged in s variety of different dishes including cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cuissants, cereal. Also a chef on hand ready to cook anything you want. The hotel offers a pool on the roof along with shops, a hair salon and really good bakery downstairs near the lobby. Recommend for a short stay in Delhi. Quick transport into central town via train and easy access to airports.

Got a chance to stay with my family recently...and having stayed in different radissons till now, we have come to expect a certain level of proficiency from the brand. We did check in pretty late at night and the front desk was very attentive...if not swift at check in but it all just went downhill from there. The rooms by themselves are OK but signs of wear out have begun to show in carpets and corners and we needed to call in for even the smallest of items as they had not been placed earlier....this brings us to probably our biggest grouse of the entire stay. On multiple occasions, front desk or housekeeping would not just answer the phone..needing 2-3 calls for each request and even then it would take more than 45-50 minutes to get things done....i can not overlook the fact that we had to wait for more than an hour when requested a bell boy to hell with our luggage and after 4 calls.... decided to bring our luggage down anyways cause after an hour the reply we get is " we are extremely sorry but all the staff is very busy"... they surely must be equipped to handle the number of rooms that the hotel has. this slowness continued with in room dining and maintenance department, which we had to call as the health faucet in one of our rooms was not working The magnetic cards and readers in elevators and rooms are probably the most unreliable we had seen till now... in-spite of having a total of five cards for two rooms, we had to make no less than seven trips to reception over our course of stay as the cards simply stopped working for no apparent reason (and no, we did not keep them near a phone... we have been staying in hotels for quite some time now ;) I believe the problem lies with the fact that this property is a hardcore business hotel...with massive turnover throughout the day which is visible even late at night....maybe that is taking toll on the services but it definitely is not acceptable for a radisson property. Although giving credit where it is due...the front staff... if we could reach them... was always respectful, cordial and apologetic for these shortcomings and our dinner in both their restaurants Rice and Dvar were good. In the end however...it left a lot to be desired

I didn't got the chance to stay at the hotel but i made a massive shopping on the Christmas sale from the shops attached to the place, Pantaloons, Max, fabindia and some locals. Was absolutely great and bought all i need from India only in few hours under one roof
