Hotel is located close to the airport. My room was clean and neat with all the facilities. I had breakfast in the restaurant, it was good in taste. But the service provided by the staff was horrible. The hotel was under renovation. It was just an average stay in this hotel.

The room was spacious with all the basic things and toiletries and the staffs were efficient always wearing smile on there faces. The restaurant was good, waiters were well dressed, of course food was tasty.

I stayed in business class room it was clean and neat having all the facilities. Staffs were caring and polite in their work. I had my breakfast in the restaurant it was good in taste. I liked the hotel very much.

For a stay in a hotel where you require a friendly staff to go beyond their normal roles I would recommend the Radisson in Dehli , for service with a smile go to the Radisson , for a home away from home experience the Radisson will meet all your needs. I can truly recommend an experience that says welcome to India.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Arriving from the US at 1 AM, I was told at the reception that my reservation was for the following night. In my haste and as I was arriving in the early morning, I had made a mistake by one night. I politely asked the staff to move my reservation to that night if there was a room available. The receptionists became very rigid and told me that there was a room available but for an additional 200 dollars - a new reservation. I explained to them that this didn't make sense but they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should call Agoda, the booking engine I had used instead. I asked them to help me with a phone but they couldn't help. As they watched me incur international charges on my cell and as I was able to get a hold of an Agoda agent, one of the receptionists came over and started to bargain with me, gradually lowering the price of the room! The Agoda agent called me back and told me that he was trying to call reception but no one was picking up the phone while 5 receptionists were standing behind the counter chatting. I brought my cell to them to speak with the agent and no one wanted to help! Eventually, someone took the phone and came back five minutes later to honor the reservation and book me in a room under the freeway. This hotel is unethical and unprofessional, and I will not be staying at Radisson in the future.

The location of this hotel is close to the international airport. Still with plenty of Delhi ambience. Rooms and facilities are amazing. The glass shower cabin next to the bedroom was well done. All room facilities were up-to-date. Hotel lobby, breakfast area, the hotel ground meet the highest standards. Best hotel in Delhi.

I had arranged with the hotel by email to pick me up at the airport. The hotel failed to send a driver. I waited about 25 minites for a driver to appear before ringing them. By the time they sent out a driver I had been stranded at the airport for well over an hour. Due to India's cash crisis none of the ATMs at the airport had any cash and I could not even get a taxi to the airport as they required local currency. I stated what had happened to me both upon check-in and again at check-out (when they specifically asked if there were any issues with my stay). I received nothing but a cursory apology. Instead, upon arrival they engaged in an up-sell of the room where they encouraged me to pay for an upgrade. I agreed to this. Quite frankly, however, over AUD $500 for one night's stay in an airport hotel, without any real attempt to make up for stranding me at the airport is just not worth it.
