The hotel was good with a big lobby and clean rooms. It was not shady at all. Breakfast was ok. Only concern is the locality which is very crowded. All in all its value for money.

For single person Classic room was fantastic. Room was pretty small for 2 adults. But stylishly done. It had flat TV and the interiors were superb. Service was perfect.

The staffs were very helpful and always there is a smile on their face. Rooms were well furnished with all the facilities. Hotel has restaurant were I had my food it was nice in taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent staff and hotel, room was clean, food was great, only issue was the bathroom had the same fruit flies as other reviews and the tap was fixed with tin foil, but compared to other Indian hotels very good, will be staying here on our return trip to Delhi

TV was broken upon arrival but within 10mins a brand new TV was put into our room. Nice room, nice bed, hot showers (rare), and great service throughout entire stay. Overall great and enjoyable stay but best part was the service from the staff.

We stayed in 10 hotels in India during our tour with Intrepid, and this was the worst. The location was alright - close to the market, and 10 minutes walk to a metro station. The room was small and dark without a proper window. The shower was sometimes hot and sometimes not. The food was ok. We had to leave our rubbish bin outside of the room to hint them to service the room, and they charged us 540 rupees for the service! They told me the laundry would be ready at night when I dropped it off in the morning, then gave it back to me that night unwashed, because "the shop closes on Mondays".

The place was booked by one of our friends and I happen to check the reviews.. I was literally scared after reading about mice and all. Contrary to my expectations, the hotel was big, in a good location and in budget. We needed it for just one day and nothing luxurious. It suited our requirements completely. Rooms - spacious, clean, ventilated but did not have enough charging points. WiFi could be better. No hot water unless asked for. Breakfast - A good spread and average taste. Bathrooms - Average In short, either I am lucky I got good room or they have improved their services. Either way, i was satisfied.

I visited this hotel with my friends for a couple of days. The Hotel was superb, the location is great as all the shops we at walking distance from the Hotel. Everything around the Hotel was very lively. You cannot get bored there for sure. We used to go around Karol Bagh every evening to refresh ourselves for a hectic day of Delhi sight seeing. The Rooms were nice and clean, Hotel gave us free Wifi and good breakfast. Hotel had a bar with live music which was great and enjoyable too.
