The hotel was good with a big lobby and clean rooms. It was not shady at all. Breakfast was ok. Only concern is the locality which is very crowded. All in all its value for money.

For single person Classic room was fantastic. Room was pretty small for 2 adults. But stylishly done. It had flat TV and the interiors were superb. Service was perfect.

The staffs were very helpful and always there is a smile on their face. Rooms were well furnished with all the facilities. Hotel has restaurant were I had my food it was nice in taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed in this hotel at the start end finish of our Intrepid tour. The first time it was horrible. I had com prepared as I had read previous reviews and brought bug killer and disinfectant wipes. The room was small and really dirty. There was no top sheet on the bed just a not terribly clean blanket. It took ages to get a sheet. The air con was broken and whilst they did come and fix it all the dirt and mess from the repair was left on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and neither my husband or I felt able to stand in the shower. Room was 116 so avoid at all costs. I was dreading our return as all the other hotels on the trip were vastly better. When we returned I had a very swollen foot and I have to say the staff got me an ice pack immediately. They also,offered to go,out and get a gel ice pack for me. The room this time was in the annexe. Vastly different. Quite basic but clean and brigh with nice clean sheets and a duvet on the bed. Bathroom was fine and we had good hot showers. The staff were also v helpful in contacting a taxi driver they had arranged for us as he drove off with my husbands bag still,on the seat. My advice would be not to accept a dirty room. We had 225 on our second stay and it looked to have had some refurb. everyone in our group agreed that the second lot of rooms were vastly different from the first ones. Had I reviewed it after the first stay it would have got zero stars but the really helpful staff and the better room on the second stay have bumped it up.

Unfortunately my wallet was pickpocketed on a very crowded Delhi Metro train. The hotel staff let me use their phone and desktop while both lining up card cancellations in Australia and in completing a rather detailed online report for the Delhi Police. (This is a must for insurance.) The staff were most understanding and helpful. I really appreciated their support at a rather stressful time. We were booked into the Regent Continental with an Intrepid tour group. They have chosen well. The room is comfortable and clean and the Indian food in the dining room delicious.

Rooms were never cleaned even when asked to. Towels a bad shade of grey and were probably white in 2010, and were never changed. The shower/bath had a crack in the foil and chipboard was clogging up the drain. Ok location

Arrived 24 hours early - we managed to get room 120 after4 other rooms This was best of the bunch Bath filthy - you may need to find a switch geyser to turn water on finally hot Fruit flies everywhere! Won't kill you ! But not pleasant Return visit room 308 fairly crap The beds had been used no clean towels We found a house keeping trolley cleaned our room and got clean bedding at midnight ! They offered us beer in room 14 for 2 They said bar closed - it was not shut 3 a beer in the bar We didn't use restaurant Glens cafe nearby v good Dinner - brilliant canteen at Om Saravsna Bhavsn ... lime soda with salt Dosa excellent tomato rice delicious Visited twice No ill effects Avoid Lassi drinks unless you know they are safe ! Location of hotel is good Use the metro very easy - brilliant transport very reasonable if your group is ladies. There is a ladies only carriage very pleasant use Tuk T to get to station Load goggle maps to phone - star the planned locations you won't get lost It will work of GPS ON your mobile doesn't cost but turn the data off Final note if you are coming to New Delhi Nov 2016 bring or $ you need hard cash otherwise life is difficult at the moment India is good just difficult times

We stayed in this hotel on the first and last nights of a tour, and the whole group were dreading returning for the last night. It was down a side street in the Karol Bargh area of Delhi. We arrived early in the morning before check in time so sat in reception, where I saw a mouse running across some luggage that was by the reception desk. The room (in the annexe) on the first night was adequate and was relatively clean, but one of our group had bugs crawling all over his bed The room on our return was in the main hotel building. It was very small with no external window. The one saving grace was hot water. I would not recommend this hotal
