Rudra Castle is certainly not upto the mark. We stayed in the hospital as a family member was admitted in the nearby hospital. The service & staff is also not very friendly which made the stay even worse.

Pathetic word will be still an appreciation to this hotel for a CAVE, the staff and managers are serpentine, If you have a female traveler with you they will stare her as if she is their property and they are the rudest hotel staff I ever saw and heard of. You got to call them more than five times for room services. For my case my toddler spoil the bedsheet and they said they cant change it for next 2 hours as they are running short on Staff and moreover I had to pay extra amount for that. Food is expensive and not worth at all for what they charge. I checked out the very next day Hope you don't fall prey to these idiots and if you do you will sure be gonna writing reviews on all the travel site.

We booked this hotel through Oyo Rooms and were disappointed. The hotel is located close to Sir Gangaram Hospital and I needed a room to stay while my mother was admitted in the hospital. Stay for one day itself made me realize that there are better hotels available for this price. The standards of cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and bathroom fittings are poor. Front desk and room service is barely tolerable. The receptionist forgot to return my driving license taken for copying as ID card even during check out and I had to return to the hotel just to collect the same.The room is also quite small and cramped. Oyo rooms should seriously consider their association with this hotel.
