Stayed overnite with my family (2 Kids included). Did a very late check in and also the hotel kindly allowed us a late check out by a couple of hours. We appreciated the gesture of the hotel in providing complimentary Milk for the children both at night and in the morning. Very good buffet breakfast. Excellent pool and staff. Overall enjoyed a short but very comfortable stay.

Room was spacious also check in was smooth...liked the was amazing ordered kolkatta kathi rolls and laal maas...they were out of this i ever had...overall it was a great expereince will definately recommend it to any one..

We are regular visitor of Sheraton ...all credit goes to Pan Asia restaurant .Awesome food ,awesome staff ,awesome ambience .All credit goes to Suram his recommendations whether it's food or drink ...always rock.We used to visit on monthly basis but now it's weekly affair .

This is s very good hotel with three restaurants and good size rooms we preferred the pool side rooms which are comfortable. They have three very good restaurants and DAXIN is one of the best with south indian cousine with a difference( A must try). The lobby level has a small bar which is fine. This is a good hotel to host weddings and conferences as they are well equipped to handle a good crowd.Pricing is not too bad.

Being a frequent biz traveller to Delhi, Sheraton New Delhi is my favourite place to stay. Hospitality starts from the time I make my reservations. Mr Mohit, the front office manager makes sure the stay is just the way I want. Ms Shalini, Guest Relations, ensures my preferences are taken care and always ensures a smooth in room check in and check out. The newly remodelled rooms are excellent and comfortable. Ms Disha Gulati House Keeping is a wonderful staff of Sheraton, makes sure my preferred soft pillows are always in place and additional toiletries are kept. In room dining and butler service are fantastic and the food is amazing. The happy hours at the club lounge is a great experience; Mr Kamal at the lounge, thank you so much for the hospitality and your service is always outstanding . Sheraton always makes me to think I am not away from my home. Thank you so much Team Sheraton for the wonderful stay that you provide me every time I stay with you.

The rooms and hotel are lovely, but the real star here is the exceptional customer service from literally every single person on staff. The wonderful staff at the Sheraton Saket went out of their way every day to ensure that my trip was perfect in every way. Rajshri Rao and Neha at Reception upgraded me to the ultra-secure "Single Ladies Traveler" floor, where I felt well taken care of. I also very much appreciated excellent service from Kewal at the Concierge and all other staff who helped me whenever I needed it. I will definitely stay at the Sheraton Saket again and would highly recommend it!

I have stayed here on several occasions & I am never disappointed. The rooms are of a good standard with lots of amenities and the staff are great. The guys at the concierge desk are always very smiley, enthusiastic & helpful. My watch strap broke today, so I asked Rajesh if he could advise me where I could get it fixed. He took my watch, got it repaired and didn't charge me anything. Superb service, going way beyond what would be reasonably expected. I was also helped during my stay by Virendr & Govind at the concierge desk. Both were extremely helpful, professional & engaging. Well done guys. You are a real asset to the hotel.
