Hi, Services mentioned online were not available with room in reality. In summary i will say very bad experience or waste of money.

LOCATION : The location of the hotel is in the interior. It's located on the 4th lane of the Mahipalpur extension road. Even though there is a Metro station nearby (1 km away) the only way o reach it is on Foot. The only good thing about the hotel is the fact that it is relatively closer to the Airport. FRONT DESK : The most unprofessional Hotel front office executive I have ever seen. When I arrived at the hotel and presented him my booking voucher, he said there is no reservation as such. He assigned me a small dingy room which was not actually the kind of room (Super Deluxe) that I had booked. This was a room that was actually much smaller and was more of a small extra room to handle over booking conditions in the hotel. He did that even though there were a lot of vacant rooms present. I was assigned the room after the housekeeping cleaned it. Another example of careless attitude. That was the smallest Hotel room I had ever seen. The very next day I threatened to cancel my stay and he immediately shifted me to a much bigger room without any extra charges. DINING FACILITY : Non Existent. They don't have a proper Kitchen and a restaurant. When you order for food, they get it from a nearby terrible restaurant named "Pakwan".And your food reaches you nearly 1.5 hours after you have ordered. The breakfast is also mediocre and unhygienic. ROOM : The second room I was assigned was relatively better. Few things worth noting were the non functional TV remote, the AC that made rattling sound all night long and of course the door that did not shut properly. Bathroom was decent, but then people sleep in Bedrooms and not Bathrooms.The mattress was rough and the quilt smelt bad.The cupboard was also without a lock. FINAL VERDICT : It is an absolute waste of your hard earned money. There are close to 200 hotels (good and bad) to choose from in the same locality. If you are planning to stay in Mahipalpur, remember you have 200+ options there. Never even dream of booking a room in the Grace Hotel. You will regret it like me.

One of the horrible hotels in Delhi. The bed is full of bugs. Toilet not clean, hot water tap does not function. Rooms not clean. Spend only 6 hours but decided never to book this hotel again in my life.

This is genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The first room was awful. No towels or soap, hair and stains on the bed sheets and just generally grubby. The second room was even worse! Bloody on the floor, rubbish that wasn't ours. Luckily we only had to spend 5 hours there before a flight but I had to literally stand next to the completely belligerent and incompetent manager so make sure he gave me new sheets. You can see the difference in colour on my photos for yourself! Do not stay here!! Even if there's no where else, I guarantee staying a few hours at the airport is preferable to this complete flea pit of a dive!!!

Grace is one of the worst hotels to be. Characteristics are as follows: -No proper lights in rooms -Dirty pillows -Pathetic services -Geysers not working. No warm/hot water to take bath -No bathing soaps -No Towels Overall experience was very bad. It was a waste of money.

The hotel is close to domestic and international terminals. Transport to the airport is available by taxi and autorickshaws. Excellent value for money. Not quite as new and shiny as the photos show. Take your own towel and soap. No choice for breakfast - just toast and tea with only one type of juice. Can't complain for the price though, still a bargain.

Best experience i have had at a hotel in long time. the price was very affordable and room was awesome. Beds were clean and comfortable with lots of pillows. the bathroom was spacious and clean. overall excellent stay almost as comfortable as being at home.
