Rooms are well decorated and spacious. People are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is really good. It is very well connected and is about 45mins from Airport and near to Nizzamuddin Rly Stn.

There is nothing good to post about this hotel. The split air conditioner was not at all working and after complaining several times the staff only came to switch on and switch off the AC and I had to spend the whole night without an AC. It did not end here, in the morning the breakfast was refused despite the booking was including the breakfast. After several arguments and showing the booking confirmation also we were not provided the breakfast and the hotelier demanded Rs.300 for eash guest. Since this booking was through Agoda customer care is on an ISD call and could not connect to speak to Agoda to get a resolution. This hotelier is a fraudster. Dont ever stay at this hotel even on a direct hotel booking. Worst hotel and non cooperative worst staff.

I had a very good experience at JRD Luxury Boutique Hotel. Complimentary early check-in, comfortable room, clean facilities, all amenities as advertised, well served breakfast and 5 min walk from Green Park main market.

Front desk behaviour is a little rough. However this doesn't bother me much as I had booked through MMT and followed my itinerary and hadn't asked for any extra favour from hotel staff. Hotel is good, location is in a quite neighbourhood. When you are in Delhi and have a smart phone with 4G, you have all the useful information and can arrange everything on your own without hotel's help, I did the same. Green Park Metro is in a walking distance which helped a lot.

Rented a suite for a couple of nights. Upon arrival it was obvious the pictures of the hotel were taken a long time ago. The room was pretty horrible. Dead bugs on the bed, live bugs on the carpet and on the walls. Peeling paint and damp in places. We promptly checked back out, the staff didnt seem to bothered as I guess this often happens. Its just annoying that they clearly are mis advertising their hotel and wasting everyones time.
