Room was really very bad, it was filthy and of poor quality otherwise complimentary airport transfer and breakfast was good. Service was also good.

This place is located on NH8, Mahipalpur very near to airports both T3 and 1D and 1C, New Delhi. That is the only USP they have. The rooms looks nice and tidy. But a stay in some unfortunate room would have a miserable stay. We had taken 2 rooms, and one of the room AC was just in front of a sewage / gutter and whole night the room spell gutter smell on to room. When asked for a replacement of room, they put up a face and told, they don't have a spare room, the standard reply. That was really aweful. experience. We booked through OYO Room, and I have seen off late, rooms booked online seems they have been booked for free. At least that is the attitude given by the receptionist and the hotel staff was like,: "Am I like staying for free?" Service was shoddy. Only good thing they did was provided a real early breakfast ( bread/ omelette) for an early morning flight. There also there was this goof up.. I had requested the early breakfast the night before. We got up at morning 4.30 AM and reminded again. The person at helm, especially the receptionist, showed an attitude of nerd. When I reminded and told we had a conversation the earlier night about the early breakfast, and his response was: "Sir it would take xxx time, blah blah, you just told.." This blew it off and I was pretty annoyed at him about the goof up. Thankfully the room boy pitched in, and re assured me as done the earlier night about the promise. And that room boy was prompt to do things as promised. Kudos to the room boy but the receptionist- not so cool! Avoid if you can if you consider feeblest of hospitality.

do not ever stay in this hotel. directly book for a day .stay few hours.small rooms ,old ac,arrogant staff,small bathroom. we order for tea & in tea 2-3 ants. one star for close to airport .i see their o y o rooms board..

Do not ever stay at this hotel. My family and I stayed here after arriving at the airport and I will never make that mistake again. The only positive thing that can be said about this hotel is that it is close to the airport (which doesn't matter because there are many hotels much better than this close to the airport as well). We had to leave early in the morning and when we went to shower, the hot water wasn't working. It took them forever to find someone to fix it and it still didn't get fixed. I had to shower in another room they had which had obviously been stayed in that night and not cleaned because the sheets weren't made and the garbage bin was full of trash. Imagine having to shower in another guest's dirty bathroom. The sheets were so stained it made us wonder if they were washed at all. We contacted the front desk to change the sheets. Again, took them forever to come and the boy removed the stained sheet only to reveal a HEAVILY stained mattress underneath. It was absolutely disgusting! The 'new' sheet he put on was only slightly less stained and had a large tear near the bottom of it. I had to spread my towel on the bed to sleep because I was so disgusted. Even the pillows are atrociously black in color inside the cover. The sink and tub had soap scum and rust all over it. Asides from all that, you can't even sleep because of all the traffic noise! Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Will never ever stay here again, in fact I will run fast in the opposite direction.

Stayed for a few hours as a stopover in the middle of the night. No concession in price and the highest price was charged. There is no elevator/lift in this hotel and one has to climb steps to go to the fourth floor. The toiletries are awful. For instance, the soap provided is very very cheap. The service is terrible. At check out, nobody came to take the luggage and one had to carry it all the way down oneself. Also, the hotel has tie-ups with some car rental services, who charge exorbitantly. The room is just a square pigeonhole and not at all spacey. Booked through ZO Rooms, but the hotel people had no update on the booking because they did not have proper internet connection in the tab, which has the ZO Rooms App. In short, if one wants to waste a lot of money for getting suffering, this is the place to go to. Never go to this hotel.

This is one of the finest Hotel in Delhi apart from locational advantage near to International Airport. Special feature to this hotel is they have beautiful Banquets and nice rooms. The most important is the quality & taste of the food they serve. I feel they are perfect in everything and offer value for money they charge.
