the rooms were clean but the standard can be improved. Even the breakfast they serve can be improved. Apart from that the staff is very nice and accommodating...... they tried to take good care of everyone

I booked this hotel as I wanted to stay near to lajpat,we checked in at night after searching the hotel for the past half hour as the hotel is built in a residential plot situated in a colony.The hotel was in the 1st floor and residential house was there in the ground floor.we went to the1st floor found no one so rang the door bell a lady from the ground floor opened the door enquired us whether we had any booking thereafter which she directed the manager to take us to our respective room.The room allotted to us had no tap in the washroom to which my husband objected and told the manager.The manager also checked the washroom and told either use shower or commote water jet to fill water into our bucket if required.My hubby got pissed off and asked for another room.The manager seems to be unwilling to give another room instead told us to use water jet or shower.My hubby got angry after which he gave another room.Second room's washroom was not maintained towel hanger was broken,tiles had spots and even the hand wash bottle was kept empty.Next day morning there was a receptionist to whom I told to refill the hand wash bottle so she filled it with 5-6drops.One of the person asked about the breakfast so we ordered aloo paratha and tea.After sometime we were told that breakfast is ready and is on the table.When we went to have our breakfast tea was not at all hot and there was an insect also floating on it.I told the receptionist that the tea is not at all hot and an insect is also there but she gave no response.After sometime I again went to that receptionist and strictly asked her whether we will get another tea or not.Tea was given to us but it seems that the same tea was reheated.For us the experience was poor.Customer Service was horrible!

Stayed for a weekend with friends...all the facilities available with neat and clean rooms at a very good price..The staff was also very friendly..I would highly recommend this place and surely will visit again...

Amazing experience.. amazing hospitality.... the owners took really good care of us.. The Rooms are nice and really clean and the overall experience was wonderful.. I would recommend it to all people looking for a luxurious stay at a cheap price.
