The Visaya is a boutique hotel. The cleaning staff is very accommodating but the restuarant staff insist that you pay cash for your wine and beer. Also taxis are very expensive. The food good but breakfast is limited to mostly indian.

Very well Located in South delhi Close to Metro and transportation hubs Clean hotel, well maintained, and great service. All support staff and in particular Kamlesh deserve mention. Rooms are spacious, TV needs updating for size and quality. Towels and plumbing issues with showers need to be reviewed and updated

i stayed at the hotel for a day on 29th Jan and i found this hotel a nice and cozy. hotel staff was very professional. Breakfast was complimentary and was good. Room was spacious and well maintained. Overall experience was good and defiantly looking forward again to stay again whenever i am in Delhi.

Location: quite close to the airport but have to make sure taxi drivers understand you (really understand) Staff: not really helpful because they seem to understand English but not really at all, must speak to them in person not on the phone so you will get something else instead Breakfast: not good but if you don't mind Indian food so dig in, they have really bad western style breakfast, if you want to order something from the menu, there is no point because all the breakfast menus are already on the table where they serve you Dinner: food is good, some staff are good but some can be pretty snob which I don't know why Room: okay but quite dusty and dirty, the toilet is pretty high up from the floor so if you are a short person, it would be uncomfortable even with a tall person too because my partner is 195cm ('6 4''), toilet seats here move most of the time, they give you small amount of toiletries ATM/Cash: it is a hardest thing to find in this country even it is better than the very first time they stopped all big amount notes, please prepare to have enough cash if you don't like to use your cards Rent a taxi service with a driver for a half day or full day: please DO NOT RENT FROM TAXIONCALL.IN, they tried to take more money out of you no matter what, we have the confirmation about when exactly and what day, the very form from them but they still want to get more money from you so this is a huge mistake we have made here. Never go to Taxioncall.in Nobody here can be that reliable just make sure about everything you book or have for every service even at hotels.

Stayed here for 3 days, rooms are nice and spacious, staff are well mannered and courteous. However, it seems that cleanliness is not a area which is taken seriously, nor is the maintenance. The room I stayed had lot of stains in the toilet. Plug point for heater did not work. Internet stopped working after the first day. Breakfast menu is also limited. Expected a better stay for the price.
