Clean, very good service. Impressive room. Nice ambience. Modern. Free wifi. Wonderful food. Very good service by the staff. Very nice toilet amenities. This is near the airport. Very far from Connaught place and Janpath. Don't make the mistake of staying here if you have work in town centre. There is another old Vivanta in town.

Good option for air traveller looking go avoid traffic Jams on road to catch flights. Good for business meetings. Food is average. Hotel ambiance is good not the best. They offer valet parking. We were here for business meeting so not commenting about the rooms and staff service.

In the hospitality business service is very important factor but that main element is missing in Vivanta Dwarka. service part is very poor and hopeless. Specially d front desk Had a pathetic experience at d time of checkinn Unprofessional and untrained staff, not even worth to be recruited in a single star property.

Had made booking via. Make my trip, pnr no. 109017774 talked with hotel Mr. Vineet for date change, and check in at 8 Am in Morning. Mr. Vineet confirm me that date change is possibble and can do With make my trip but he needed the new date voucher for the new date. After that I request for 8 Am check in Mr. Vineet demanded 25%of stay I agreed, now what a Shocked he demanded to me and Make my trip for the date Change also After he committed with me. MR. Vineet demanded first 25%extra for booking for just few hours check in before, I agreed but after the commitment he changes the words and second demand for the extra Amount for changing the booking of date, Mr. Vineet shame on You for changing the words committed with guest if you are working with taj group. So guys it's up to you, if you want to go with this hotel which does not meet up Taj group, If in starting the hotelier changes its committed words and just lying it's our hotel policy. MR. VINEET SPECIALLY FOR YOU, BECAUSE YOU HAD CHANGED WORDS COMMITTED WITH ME.

What a surprise, new modern with arquitectural design hotel really close to the airport .This is a great advantage because Delhi has a crazy traffic and it can take too long to reach the airport. The hotel is beautiful , great rooms with a huge windows. Bathrooms are really nice. Good customer service and fast internet. The only con I found is they have pets rooms that is OK but I will place those rooms aways from the others because we stayed only 12 hours in the hotel in order to sleep before a 24 hours flight and the dog next door was barking and interrupting our resting time. The hotel does not offer free shuttle only with charge.
