It is a brand new hotel and the overall quality is excellent. Though the dining option is very limited, the quality of the food was good. Absence of a bar could be a negative point for regular business travelers.

I had heard about Fortune Inn Grazia, Noida from a few friends but non of them had stayed there. So i decided to check out this hotel during my next visit to Noida. The hotel is located very well in Noida and is close to Sector 18. I found the front office staff extremely helpful as I had called them and informed them of a late check in. The room itself was a pleasant surprise as it was quite spacious with a King size bed and clean linen. It also had a LCD TV with a mini bar and ample tea/coffee supplies for those who like to make their own tea/coffee. The bath room was well planned with a separate shower enclosure but no bath tub. One also got adequate supplies of soap, shampoo and other toileteries. The hotel has one restaurant which also serves buffet breakfast apart from lunch and dinner. The food was tasty but one does not have the choice of an elaborate menu. The hotel does have a business centre and a fitness centre along with a travel desk. I extended my stay from one day to three days due to my work and I found the process of extending my stay very smooth. Overall a very good hotel for a business traveller at the price at which I booked

Fortune Inn Hotel is at a good location, with few big malls nearby makes it viable to family stay too. Hotel serves good food, well trained staff and good ambience. The pool at the terrace though is very small to swim in.

The warmth at the reception is really appreciable. however the overall experience was not satisfactory. The linen especially the pillow covers were dirty. The toilet section was terrible though it was equipped with all necessary toiletries. the water was seeping through the doors of shower cubicles thereby making the whole toilet section slippery and unhygienic. the In room Dining menu was not having many choice and the hotel has no policy to accommodate the guest's simple choice. The hotel is adjacent to a drain thereby making a breeding house of dangerous mosquitoes. the rooms should be provided with mosquito repellent.

Very clean rooms. Good experience with family. Must try place.delicious food. Captain Vijaymani Yadav is the most helpful person we found there. Humble and polite person. Environment is good...spacious rooms....staff was cordial ....good place according to environment

Recently had my engagement function and I really had an amazing overall experience. Talking about hospitality and services, this place is simply fantastic. The rooms are also nice. The staff is always on their toes to help the guests, Great show put up!!

I stayed at this hotel on two occasions because of how highly impressed I was with the service. In particular the masseuse Soni has magical hands. I've received spa treatment from many countries around the world and her massage was by far the best. Vandana from guest relations was also excellent. She kept me company during breakfast, made sure I was enjoying my stay and was always ready to help if I had any difficulties. This will certainly be my regular hotel in Noida. Great job Fortune Inn Grazia!

We had banquet function at this hotel and were promised an over night complimentary room couple of days ago on same day as the function. But when we went to check into to the to get ready for the function, one of the staff tells us that we only have the room for day use. had a huge argument about how we were promised an over night room but the staff starts to argue and completely denying of what they had promised. Also the staff member we were arguing with wasn't even the Front office manager. the front office manager was just standing there and looking at the whole argument happening, where as he should have done something about it. we even told the guy that this is very poor service and him being so rude, he just accepted that "yes if you think this is poor service then go ahead". We were having a wedding function and this experience totally ruined our mood. very disappointed

Neat and clean rooms. Best service by all the staff - very caring staff. Food is delicious. Variety in daily breakfast. Since I am regular visitor in Noida, I prefer to stay only in Fortune Inn Grazia, Noida.
