It is a brand new hotel and the overall quality is excellent. Though the dining option is very limited, the quality of the food was good. Absence of a bar could be a negative point for regular business travelers.

I had heard about Fortune Inn Grazia, Noida from a few friends but non of them had stayed there. So i decided to check out this hotel during my next visit to Noida. The hotel is located very well in Noida and is close to Sector 18. I found the front office staff extremely helpful as I had called them and informed them of a late check in. The room itself was a pleasant surprise as it was quite spacious with a King size bed and clean linen. It also had a LCD TV with a mini bar and ample tea/coffee supplies for those who like to make their own tea/coffee. The bath room was well planned with a separate shower enclosure but no bath tub. One also got adequate supplies of soap, shampoo and other toileteries. The hotel has one restaurant which also serves buffet breakfast apart from lunch and dinner. The food was tasty but one does not have the choice of an elaborate menu. The hotel does have a business centre and a fitness centre along with a travel desk. I extended my stay from one day to three days due to my work and I found the process of extending my stay very smooth. Overall a very good hotel for a business traveller at the price at which I booked

Fortune Inn Hotel is at a good location, with few big malls nearby makes it viable to family stay too. Hotel serves good food, well trained staff and good ambience. The pool at the terrace though is very small to swim in.

The warmth at the reception is really appreciable. however the overall experience was not satisfactory. The linen especially the pillow covers were dirty. The toilet section was terrible though it was equipped with all necessary toiletries. the water was seeping through the doors of shower cubicles thereby making the whole toilet section slippery and unhygienic. the In room Dining menu was not having many choice and the hotel has no policy to accommodate the guest's simple choice. The hotel is adjacent to a drain thereby making a breeding house of dangerous mosquitoes. the rooms should be provided with mosquito repellent.

As an international traveler, I would expect much better for the prices they charge. I've stayed in 5-star hotels all the way to low-budget creepy motels, and I don't feel the Fortune Inn Grazia is worth the price or the hype. From the outside and lobby, you'd think they actually care and do a good job, but the rooms, food and service are seriously lacking. You can hear everything going on in adjacent rooms and in the hallway until all hours of the night. Rooms themselves are NOT clean, with piles of dirt in the corners and a layer of dirt covering less-used appliances and items. Floor and rugs are totally dingy and soiled. It makes one afraid to touch anything, sleep in the bed, or walk around the place, even in the little slippers they give, although they only give 1 pair for a room with double occupancy. Towels are also in short supply, with only exactly 2 towels for 2 people, no extras or even hand towels. Every little thing is an extra charge, even a bottle of water. The free Wi-Fi offered is a joke as it locks you out several times per day. Usually after the 3rd or 4th call to the Front Desk about it, does it allow you to log back in, and even then only after 15+ minutes of waiting each time. We often had to just leave the hotel without being able to use the free wi-fi we specifically came there to use. Same issue with the key card. We had to get the key card re-done every single day, even as female members of our group were locked out of their rooms at all hours of the night. Later we were told it was our cell phone deactivating it or other credit cards, so we kept keys away from that, to no avail. Then we were told it was their metal detector - that we were ushered through by their own staff - that deactivated them (real smart), but when we stopped going through the detectors, key cards still deactivated... EVERY SINGLE DAY. In the middle of our stay, with all of our suitcases unpacked, things hung in the closet and stuff in the safe, we were told everyone in our party had to move rooms due to an air conditioning problem on our floor. We were given less than a day's notice to do this. There was music playing in the hall with a speaker next to our new room, which we had asked to be a quiet room, which we could hear all day and night. We requested they turn it down and were refused. There are individual thermostats in each room, only to find out they DO NOT WORK, but each floor's temperature is set my the management. We only found this out after they sent 2 different hotel employees over 2 different days, to our room to "help" us work the thermostat... without telling us that isn't even usable. Only after the 4th call to front desk about it, were we informed that in-room thermostats do nothing. It was uncomfortably cold in the rooms the whole stay. Room service was a mixed bag of some good, some inedible items. The "international" food in the dining room was NEVER accurately described, nor did it taste anything like what it was supposed to be, according to the labels. And it was usually cold. The Indian food was ok, though, nothing special. Front Desk staff are unfriendly and only minimally helpful. Would only stay here again if I could not find another option, or if I got a 50% discount.

We had a function in their banquet area on 05.01.2017, being an ITC brand, the hospitality was excellent, the staff was very much co-operative and in fact was proactive. They delivered better than their commitment. Excellent food quality and also maintained 100% hygiene level. A special thanks to Mr. Praveen Aggarwal, who himself supervised each and every thing and made this evening a memorable one.. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located in the heart of Noida and can be reached easily. would love to recommend this to people for their party too.

I stayed in this hotel for few days, The experience is very positive and excellent. The hotel is new, clean, and run very efficiently and i enjoyed my stay.....The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. I strongly recommend to stay.

Stay was comfortable.. room is spacious and adequately furnished.. courteous and helpful staff is big plus.. breakfast was ok and room service is quick and reasonably tasty!! Love to stay here during my next trip to Noida..

We booked their Stellar 1 & 2 for our office Annual Party. It was a horrific experience. Despite our clear instructions to hand over the hall by 5.30 PM as we were expecting our guests from 6.15 PM onwards, they handed over the hall at 6.45 PM - Reason they have given a part of the hall for lunch and high tea event. It was quite embarrassing as they were preparing the hall in front of our guests. The service was not good at all as most of the time we were chasing the Waiters. Snacks and food was awful. Rotten fish. Very embarrassing. Top of it they closed the bar at 9.30 PM and mentioned they are not allowed to open it beyond 2 hours. Liquor was part of our package. They did not mention this condition at the time of booking but took signatures of one our executive present there on 17th Dec evening on a piece of paper suggesting just a review of the arrangements done. When we protested against this 2 hours condition they produced the same piece of paper as the contract . Our MD had to intervene and when try to reason out with Mr. Praveen Aggarwal, F&B Manager. Mr. Aggarwal created a scene and started abusing and threatened he know everybody in Noida including SP/SSP all are in his pocket and asked his goons to take us out. It was a very bad experience. My advise not to book Fortune Inn, Noida if you want a good and peaceful event.
