Hotel Aarkay Palace Noida

Location is good. Public transportation availability is amazing. Rooms were clean and big with TV, AC, etc amenities One shared balcony available through which you can enjoy morning Sun rays. Tea bags and sugar was available but no boiler. Washroom was also clean (compared to other hotels I visited in past in Noida) I didn’t use any room service but nobody came to drop me and my luggage to the room so rated this service as 2 star

I recently stayed at Aarkay Palace for 10 days, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained rooms and top-notch amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Ram from room service, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Whether it was delivering meals promptly, accommodating special requests, or his genuine kindness and professionalism, Ram truly made me feel at home. The staff’s dedication to making guests feel valued is unparalleled, and Ram is a shining example of this commitment. I highly recommend Aarkay Palace to anyone looking for an outstanding hospitality experience. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable’I’ll definitely be back!

The cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory, as the bed sheet is not clean, and overall cleaning is not up to the mark. The fan speed fluctuates, sometimes running fast and at other times slow, causing discomfort. The window slider stopper is not functioning properly, which could be inconvenient. Additionally, the AC is not working due to missing wings, affecting its cooling efficiency. The laundry service is also not good, adding to the inconvenience. Furthermore, YouTube is not working on the TV, limiting entertainment options. Lastly, a toothpaste is not provided, which is an essential amenity.

The room rates don't justify the quality. I've been to better hotels with these rates. It's not that bad, just that pricy compared to the quality. You will need to ask for the toiletries kit. I've faced wi-fi issues, which they took 4 days to fix.

I stayed here 3-4 weeks ago. Photos online don't match the quality. The pool and garden area looks unusable. Water bottle not provided before arrival, toiletries not there, Bathroom hygiene is just okay okay, bedsheets are not 100% clean. Only 1 towel provided for 2 days. The toilet hand shower was broken already. Looks like a very old property. A bit smelly of liquor and cigarettes.
