Well the visiting recommendation was given by my colleague and also it was a very lovely and amazing visit at Radisson. Panda ji and Mr. Thapa from concierge are also helpfull... We are planning to come here again but this time with my family so that they can also enjoy ....

I had booked the valentine package for 14th Feb Dinner with my family. Complete mis selling by reservations staff and while i was charged extra, there were no arrangements made as told during reservation. It was a normal dinner at "made in India" restaurant on 1st floor. the areas was cramped with below average food quality. No decoration made. While the staff was courteous and polite, there was no action taken on my feedback. While i did received a call from the F&B head, he never came back with the response as committed. - Package and arrangements- Poor - Quality of food - Poor - service - Good - Response to customer feedback- very poor
