it was really good to spend my time in the hotel but the room i thought in my mind was not the exact i got,maybe due to the lack of conversation on the front desk or maybe i dint know how to select the room,the room was overall well looking but the space in the room was not too much,as i was staying in a five star hotel the room dint make me feel that i was actually in a five stra hotel.The other services like food,services wether it was room service or car service was excellent,the guys Garesh Mehta and kunal was very well professional in the room services and that somewhat made me forget about the room,they expressed the food in a excellent way and A girl monica over the front desk was well spoken but one thing i dint like was the time i arrived at the hotel.As i arrived she asked me how will i pay my rentals and which was very much clear that i made my room payments before coming to the hotel accept the other which i have their at the time of staying because one goig to such hotels doesnt like to converse such talks there and one thing looked me so stranged that most of the people working their shows more attention to the foreigners.I dont think for them u people charge more and we people pay less,rest i dont think there was any thing went wrong as else all was well in its place,but ya few things dint make me feel good but atlast i forgot all such things because by my saying things cant be changed,i wish next time if i visit in the hotel wont see such things again..

In the first week of January I stayed at this hotel along with my staff of managers. Our organization has offices in India and I travel to India often for work, this time with my team. I have stayed at this hotel before as it's the only 5 Star hotel in Noida near our office. I specifically chose the Radisson because I expected it to have higher food safety and we work long hours when in India and I can't afford to lose time to being ill. I, along with my team, ate exclusively at the Radisson Blu and only consumed bottled water during our stay. However, myself along with *MY ENTIRE TEAM* because exceedingly ill on our last day. I had to be hospitalized back in the United States along with another coworker and we were told the cause was shigella. Often times it's difficult to identify the source of the bacteria, but given I and everyone else only had meals from the Radisson, I contacted the Radisson about this public health concern. They responded by saying no one else had complained about getting sick. I responded saying that I and my entire staff became ill, and we're complaining now, I was told they would investigate but never heard a response. We have stayed at other hotels such as the Oberoi, Taj Palace and Westin and never once had this problem. We will not be returning.

A very good hotel for your business trip. A welcoming experience from the hotel staff. The room is well maintained. The additional bonus staying at this hotel is that it is surrounded by large shopping malls with international brand stores that most of us are familiar with. These provide your after office hour shopping needs. At the same time, there are food courts and restaurants readily available when you are hungry.

There are several long term employees who go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and homelike. This is a great property right next to several malls who are supposed to be best in Delhi Metroplex. Several food outlets like Sagar Ratna, Punjabi By Nature and Swagat give you the best Indian Cuisine Experience.

exceptional customer service from the greeting at the front door until the time you leave, cant praise it enough. the staff were all attentive and ensured that all of my expectations were met. i dont have any negative comments to make regarding my stay.

Whenever I go back home, I have an Indian Chinese meal. My parents live in NOIDA and the Radisson in Sector 18 has a great Chinese restaurant. WE all enjoyed the hakka noodles, chilli chicken and sweet & sour chicken.There were some leftovers the next day and we all fought over them!
