oyo rooms cheated us by giving the worst hotel ever...and then oyo people asked us to adjust..with worst room ever.the bedsheets were in worst condition with big holes,,this is what oyo gives adarsh international.and worst washrooms with no shooter to wash after using loo....worst and last booking with oyo rooms...they just take money,,then never care for customers.....

We booked our stay during Christmas holidays through Oyo rooms Rose Gardens, Ooty. When called the hotel management they informed us that there are no rooms available, we inquired this repeatedly with Oyo rooms and finally got the booking shifted to Oyo Rooms, Ettinnes road Ooty. The nightmare started when we reached hotel in morning.The picture showing in portal is not from this property.However the rooms are not clean,blankets are not clean and stinking,no room heater, no wifi,no chair,no lift,towels were yellow,no good connectivity to nearby places. overall cheated and fooled by Oyo Rooms, the charges per Oyo rooms not match the hotel standard, it should not go beyond INR 2000 for double occupancy per night

We booked Oyo Room Racecourse Road, and paid for the premium price for two nights. When we reached the place we were completely shocked, full of flies, no hot water, torn blanket and yellow towels, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, patches on the chairs and no intercom telephone. The hotel manager wanted to charge extra 400 for complimentary heater, and neither the Oyo room company and the hotel were willing to solve the issue for us. We couldn't even cancel the booking and have our money refund. The room looks nothing like the picture on the app, it's cheating the consumer! By the way, the completely breakfast is cold does with cold sumbar, I don't know where except this place on earth would serve this to their customer.

The hotel rooms were like dungeon with no window or ceiling fan and it is nothing like the pictures displayed on clear trip. The staff was reluctant in changing bed linen and after 6 hours of occupying the room after repeated reminders they changed the bed sheet.

It is a worst hotel. I never recommend this hotel to any one. I payed 2500 per night. I think it is not worth. I ordered veg Paloa I didn't liked it. Also service is not good. Rooms where not cleaned. One ridiculous thing us that in the room there was no fan at all.
