There are only three rooms with poor service. We booked two rooms out of three. We didn't get hot water even when we entered there is no lights in the hotel. So don't expect 24 hours power supply from them. There is not enough parking space. Lastly i want to say that its far away from the main city.

We stayed at Anmol's cottage in Apr 2016. We were expecting a place with individual 'cottages', but we ended up at a small house with adequate rooms. While the hosts tried their best, I wouldn't rate the experience very high. Accessibility was bad, a bit far from the central ooty too. Rooms were not too clean and the beds a bit uncomfortable. But service was good.

Our Review :: Mosquitoes in the room, Dirty bedsheets, Dirty blankets, It was smelling in the room, room was also dirty, No Fan or AC, (when asked for fan, answer by owner is "aapki kulfi jam jayegi") No basic toiletries, No towels provided, Horrible road to reach, Only one parking at all, Windows remains open, Poor service, No food, Can't able to provide even water bottle also, Already booked with half money but after just reaching asking for remaining amount,

There is nothing in this place..we booked 2 rooms bcos we had no other go n al aaaaaaa8others were booked bcoa of flower show..after booking in i called d owner to confirm...he talked without any can a man who runs a hotel be this harsh..after going there there was no service..we were given a house that was somewhat far from the actual cottage..there was completely no room service there..the bathrooms and also bedrooms were very dirty..carpets were bitten by rats..and was smelling horrible..the bathroom was stinking..if u use t flush in t toilet t whole building shakes..its a wall mounted flush which is not serviced boy jus came to give n get keys..rooms were not cleaned before n after we checked in n out..this is t kind of service we get there..and t owner is t main highlight..he doesnt even know to talk respectly if someone calls to confirm..son stay here if u want some peace n hav self respect

We booked for 5 person and paid for 5, but owner provided bed for 4. when asked to provide service. He replied I don't care either stay or leave, I will only provide this much, we paid extra money. Rooms were very old. Waste of money and Specially owner very bad behavior. I will not stay again there even offered for free.
