Hi Sir / Mam,This was my forth occasion when I booked a Hotel room through I was quite happy with my last three experiences. This time I feel that I have been CHEATED and MISLED by I booked a Superior Room at Holiday Inn Gem Park (Ooty). Your website clearly mentioned that the "Superior Room" at Holiday Inn Gem Park is a "SUITE". To my dismay, on reaching the hotel I discovered that the "Superior Room" was a very basic room. I called your customer service to clarify it and the lady there simply told me quite apologetically that it was a technical error on travelguru�s website and she also told me that her Manager would give me a call back. Nothing of that sort happened. It is as a matter of principle that I take this matter up with you. When one reads a description of a room in your portal, one believes it to be true. It�s a BREACH OF TRUST when things turn up to be otherwise. I would appreciate it if you could compensate me for this so called technical error at your end. What a wonderful hotel. It has perfect rooms with great facilities. Food was served on time. Hotel was kept clean and tidy by the staff.

This property was above my expectation with all the modern amenities including health club/spa and pool. Restaurant was great with much varieties to choose from the menu. Also staff were friendly & efficient. Would definitely like to revisit.

Had a great time in the hotel. The ambience , view and hospitality is upto the mark. Gem park has done over utilisation of place it has with gatden, toda cafe, bar and multi cuisine restaurant. The other facilities like gym, spa are all well maintained. Sure shot place to stay.

Smart and efficient, happy and helpful staff. Great food, especially in the Jade/Chinese restaurant. Wonderful views. The only down side was that the swimming pool was unavailable due to 2 months maintenance. Our room was spacious, very clean and worth all four stars.

As stated before, the public areas were cold, particularly in the evening, when some guests had dinner with their coats on. The WiFi was limited to one user per room. However, a pleasant hotel and a 15 minute walk into the centre. The food was good from the buffet and there were Japanese and Chinese restaurants if we'd wanted a change. The doorman was the best yet!

Stayed for 2 days. A little tired in places but the beautiful food particularly in the Chinese more than made up for it. Staff were particularly attentive particularly Ganesh who made our stay amazing. The gardens were well maintained just a shame the pool was being revamped during our stay. The beds were a delight

The property is well maintained , the views are amazing. Also, worth a mention is their garden, all the flowers were at such a bloom, truly an exhilarating view. In the lap of nature, Ooty on its own has its charm. All the tourist spots are located nearby. The restaurants inside the hotel serve good food. The staff is courteous too. Overall, a recommended place to stay at..!!
