You guys have not confirmed my booking with hotel fmj n told me to travel. I went to checkin but just like that your worst gurus n hotel guy says booking not confirmed. We r reverting your money back. I was helpless to find another hotel. I and my family suffered with your service. I don't know why u gurus r lazy. I had very bad experience with travelguru.com This is my first n last booking. Very much thankful for your bad service. Even I suggest my friends not to book hotels through travelguru.com

I would strongly recommend this hotel for a traveller with family. Quality of interiors, courteous behaviour of the manager as well as staff, quality of linen, location of the hotel (very close to the centre) - everything was excellent and cleanliness was commendable. Suggestions: 1. Hot water supply should be made available throughout, as many travelers like me & family want to refresh before going to bed. Chilled water bath is tough, that was the only discomfort experienced during the one day stay. 2. Can add room service, as going out for food every time is little inconvenient, considering the climatic conditions as well.

Rooms are very clean, but a bit small and no balcony. Staff is very supportive.

The service and quality is good for the price offered. No complaints. Few points for further improvement: 1. Hot water supply (currently it is available only from morning 7 to 9). 2. Provide some hand outs about available TV CHANNELS, Sight seeing places etc., The service is good and we can recommend to others.

Good hotel to stay in Ooty. Nice room and atmosphere. Service was also good. Hot water will be available without any delay. Much space for parking vehicles. There are many restaurants nearby. Television and cable service available in all rooms.
