Super Deluxe Room
We had our breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very tasty. Breakfast was South Indian (idlis) and for dinner (paratha fry, paratha curry etc.) Hotel was very good we enjoyed staying there. Staff people are very helpful and prompt..
Good stay at hotel.
Staff were very nice and courteous in their work. Rooms were tidy but it did not meet expectations. I had my food outside the hotel. The location was very good near the hotel.
.This hotel is not worth of 1500/- INR per day. Pretty ordinary hotel. .Room service is not at all up to mark. Hotel room lacks basic facilities like electric Kettle, room heater etc
The wooden flooring in the room was in very bad condition. No balcony was there attached with the room. the room was little damped. Room service was good. The staff in the hotel always looked to be preoccupied, not giving proper attention to the guest.

Begging Bowl Services - You have to ask for providing Drinking Water at the Mercy of the Waiter. Tea / Coffee / Sugar / Milk Satches - Because the guests miss utilize it they are not kept is the feed back given by the waiter. No Hot Water as one of the guest had to leave @ 6 am, we had to closely follow up for all these. Rooms not Hygene, In the refreigerator a rotten orange was found. Bath Tub was uncleaned. No Paper kept in the Paper toilet holder.
I wil quickly list pros and cons Pros Centrally located - very near to attractions Big and spacious restuarant Cons Restuarant is expensive Rooms are not big enough for the money and blankets are not properly washed room service is slow most of the time
Good view of entrance, food was good, ample car parking located in the main entrance of ooty walk able distance to botanical garden .we went in a group of 150, restaurant is also good. The service for such a big group was also good.
Hotel Preethi Classic Towers had a nice facade and public space, but the room was pretty dismal. We had limited water pressure (though it did eventually get hot). The faucet was not properly mounted on the sink; it was attached only by the plastic supply lines and was dribbling and leaking all over the vanity and across the floor when we arrived. The towels were gray and dingy. The sheets were old and "pulled". Definitely NOT a Platinum class hotel. And its recent ISO 9001 quality certification is not supported. The on-site restaurant was pretty good however.
A majestic hotel at the entrance of Ooty, from Coonoor side. It is a comfortable and modern hotel, attached with a vegetarian restaurant (opposite side is a restaurant specializing in Jain food), spacious rooms, room service and almost all rooms have a good view of the town and surrounding mountains / valleys. We had our classmates' reunion and the hotel organized tribal dancers, a Master of Ceremony and a sight seeing tour, conference hall, marriage hall all inclusive. Ample car parking space.Recently, half of the frontage of hotel area was taken over by a famous jeweler.
