Room: Very small for the price Quality: Very bad, poor bath room fittings and damaged once. Not clean blankets, No generator facility for power backup. Bad access from the main road. Reception: They don't speak English and cannot guide people new to ooty how to reach the hotel. Restaurant : Never eat here, better go down the hill, buy and eat in the room. they have only two variety of food for breakfast. No intercom facility, every time you need to walk up to the reception for get help. Hot water not available in every room. Overall very bad experience staying here.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in my entire life and I would have given -5 for this one if it was possible. The staff's had no manners at all and one thing they are interested is to take maximum amount from the guest.

Very very badly managed hotel. Room having no waste paper baskets,no door mats outside bathroom,improper lighting.Room having no proper almirah to keep clothes,Small bathroom with no place to hang towels.The room size O.K. This is what was their Deluxe Room,The room rent Rs.1736-00/night on E.P.Plan.The telephone lines ibncluding Inter com.not provided. There was only one Towel for two persons.When asked for another Towel,The Manager Mr.Mani promised to send soon,but soon never came.For, No cable T.V.in the room or no telephone/intercom connection,his excuse was that it was disrrupted because of Heavy winds a few days back.The saddest part was that Mr.Mani never refused for any of our requirements, but never arranged.A towel was never supplied in spite of several calls made on his cellphone(he requested to call on as the invisible Intercome was damaged due to Heavy winds).When confronted,his other excuse was lack of staff. One might wonder why did we choose such a bad place? We had no choice but to stay because we had made on line booking,paying entire amount on line.The booking was done through EXPEDIA.Online booking was our first experience and will definitely be the last,unless the on line service providers promise with alternate option or immediate refund in case of such experience. Thogh the location of the Hotel is beautiful but everything else is pathetic.

Waste hotel simple costly , no sevice just empty u r pocket , they just can't even provide tea , if u ask anything they just say restaurant is closed , this is not there , that is problem, what ever u ask they just say, no sir sorry sir , no near by hotel's r shops , no travel desk, they don't ask our address also , no bills nothing. I request trip advisor not to advise this hotel to any body thank u

Pathetic service. Staff is helpful but helpless so just imagine, what can you do ? Location is far from city centre. would not recommend if you are planning for short walks at late evening in the city.

If you are planning to stay in this hotel, please take all the personal things you need including bed sheets , blanket, soap, towel, sleeper for bathroom, room heater, etc.. because they will only provide you a dirty room. don't forget to take room spray with you else you have to use your perfume like we did. Don't even think of eating dinner in that restaurant else you will regret your whole life. They promised free pickup and drop from bus stop but rejected at last time when we reached ooty bus stop, so add extra 1k (we paid) in your budget. They also promised for complimentary breakfast but you wont get that, because they will start breakfast service around 9AM and if you are planning to see all the places in ooty you need to start around 8AM. No room service available, don't book this hotel even if it the last one available. suspense is still there, In the morning when we checked out (7AM) no one was there in the reception and we don't know whom to give the keys. By guessing we knocked a door and fortunately that was hotel staff room and all are sleeping (They call it 24/7 service). That was my luck that i knocked the right door, else you can imagine the consequence. My sincere suggestion to all tourists please don't book this hotel even if this is the only hotel available and all other hotels sold out .
