The Hotel is located on the hill and has a great view the outer look is quite good and the room is also well maintained and clean, there is no bath tub and the bathroom is very congested, we had a bitter experience with the drinking water as it contained all dirt particles in spite of ordering the water twice we had the same water with dirt so we had to choose only mineral water to drink, the staff was kind and Mr.Guru was very kind and he arranged our transport on time.

This was one of the worst experience of my life. I have booked for Super deluxe room but when i checked inn they gave me a normal room, after fighting for long time they gave me a little bigger room which was not good at all. I have carried an infant with me i use to order milk for him they use to get it after long time, service was very poor. One day they got a drinking water which was white and very dirty. I will never recommend to anyone.

This is a wonderful property. We were a big group to stay here, & the management did a great job of getting us all the required amenities. The food too was hygienic. I would like to come back again.

It is a very very bad incredibly terrible , pathetic .. and am nt writing this due to a one off incident.. this hotel is downright dirty, un professional, not worth and bad! save your trip and do not book this hotel staff is bad ( may be it is out of thr hands) they will bluntly say no to even promised things and ask u to cancel the booking as they know rest of hotels are booked on long weekend! service is bad! rooms leak and have cracks and water is literally brown and smelly most of us got ill after the stay here food is bad too I donno why people gave it 3/4/5 star .. it isn't simply possible!

Services are not up to the 3 stars as stated. Room services are so poor. We had a jug of water smelling like rancid milk. We were a team of 50 students visiting ooty on the new year eve. The campfire was arranged exclusively for us from 11.30 pm onwards, they said. But the hotel staffs themselves refused to back away from the arranged place at that time. They were so drunk and was into a fight with our team leader. Such an horrible experience. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

After reading the reviews of the hotel, I was in the dilemma whether I should opt it or not but my confusion melted the time I reached there. I had two days booking there. I reached in the evening and they welcomed us well. There was no shortage of warm water(in fact my room had geyser connection), electricity was gone in the morning but not for long. Their hospitality was good as well as their service, they were quick towards our requests. The only problem I faced was that the hotel was on the top of some hilly area, so reaching was difficult as I couldn't find it correctly on the map.( Google map shows the wrong spot.) p.s. I booked the executive room.

Pathetic hotel, electricity issue, poor room service, no hot water. No proper parking, it's not worth it. It spoilt out trip to a great extent. Please think twice before taking a room there. Only recommended if you want to get some stress.

We booked a suite room, on long weekend of 13-15 August. They mistakenly shifted is to regular room. And after 1-2 hours of confusion, they upgraded us to other room. But after that, they were helping us in providing all amenities.
