First thing first, there is no proper power facility when i stayed there. Location is good but badly maintained and unskilled staff. within one season it will become very shabby. management just wants money but doesnt provide amentities.

if all rooms are occupied by different guest , then parking becomes a big confusion and dining room becomes a big mess , and the food served is horrible and the breakfast is rationed, if you pay for breakfast they will provide only two idlies, if you want extra then you need to pay extra , which you will come to know only while settling bill.

They are highly Unprofessional & Non-attentive to the guests. The charges are very high & exorbitant.Their Maintenance is very poor & not up to the mark.. not at all satisfied.The food is horrible. In my experience.. I will never stay again in Iranjalakuda House & i will never ever recommend to my family & friends. Disappointing stay...

How many ever days you stay , they don't clean the room or change the sheets , even the toilets are not cleaned, the staffs are horrible and have zero experience, my worst stay ever in Ooty. there is no parking space at all.
