It was nice to have a first hand feel of the British Raj comforts in a hill resort during peak winter days of December. The room got a bit too cold in late hours of night despite a warm fire place in the room during the evening. But this was more than compensated during the day with a full day sun. The hotel location offers warm sun throughout the day. A beautifully maintained garden with many exotic flowers made our trip memorable. Food is very good and the staff is very friendly. Locating the hotel was a bit difficult for our taxi driver from Mysore. But once we were in hotel, the staff organized local taxi with a well informed driver. VG
