Hotel is nice and rooms are okey but the Tariff for food is so heavy. So we need to approach outside hotels.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. No kind of odour or smell in the room. The shower area in the bathroom must be a little big. Its a lovely hotel well decorated and well maintained. The food was delicious specially the thali. A very clean and tidy hotel.hotel. PS Bisale

There were several small dead flies scatered about the room, including the bathroom, which was otherwise fine. There was a car for me at my arrival at Coimbatore Airport.

The room was excellent. We were expecting an average room but were pleasantly surprised to see a very neat and posh room. We will surely stay at Nahar if we happen to visit Ooty again. South Indian snacks and breakfast was excellent. Chinese and North Ind

We stayed in club class double suit room. The suit room was spacious. Room had one queen sized bed in the main sleeping room which can accommodate 2 adults and in visitor room there was a sofa convertible bed which can accommodate children. Staff were courteous and helpful. Vegetarian restaurant carter good food. During our stay there were frequent power cuts, sometimes generators took time to start, there was no ventilation in the washroom to get outside light. When lights goes off, it was pitch dark. So I suggest guests to take torch light or mobile phone when they go to washroom. In such rooms hotel management may fix portable emergency lamps. Washroom has a bathtub. In the room which we stayed had door washroom nobs were slightly broken and hope would have repaired it by now. Room heater was available and it was optional. To conclude, it was a nice hotel and our hotel stay was quite enjoyable.

The only thing I like about this hotel is its location which is near to Market.. Other than this rooms are small, Poorly maintained , Staff was not so professional & courteous. Receptions / Help Desk / Room Service all were poor.

It's good place to stay. Gr8 vegetarian food . Cosy rooms. Gr8 room service. They even had an umbrella in room for use in case of rains... Very near to market......loved it. Their main lobby had a Victorian era feeling. Nice little fireplace...

The service at the hotel is juts pathetic. Had a very frustrating experience, the staff is not friendly and basic services like hot water is not available during the freezing months of Dec. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone even if they lure with attractive offers. The pictures on the portal and social media is just an eye wash never fall for it.

Excellent vegetarian multi cuisine hotel with south and north Indian pure vegetarian hotel. Located at Charing cross in the heart of Ooty. Chandan and Garden cafe are two restaurants. The accommodation is adequate and comfortable.
