I was shocked to see the hotel entrance resembled a shop. This hotel has no service staff, they employ child labour a boy about 14 yrs to serve their rooms. The headrest and sofa had damaged upholstery - Room 219. If you see their resturant kitchen, you may stop eating out. I don't recommend this Hotel at all.

No sign boards to locate the hotel as one enters ooty, we need to be guided by the hotel staff to locate the hotel. The hotel is located in a narrow one way lane without any parking facility hence it is impossible to check in with your luggage. Limited parking is at the rear side of the hotel which has a small door for entry & exit. You have to carry the luggage all by yourself to your room, no elevators to ease the burden. The first floor rooms are nothing but basement rooms stinking due to moisture seeping through. The second floor rooms on rear side of the hotel have windows opening directly to the road & hence are noisy & one can smell petrol & diesel fumes of the vehicle passing on the road Bathrooms do not have running hot water. Hot water is available only between 6.30 Am & 10.00Am Though we had asked for NON Smoking rooms, there is no such room, people smoking in the neighbouring rooms will have a drastic impact on non smokers. Water in the bathroom is muddy Toiletries are limited to Soap & shampoo, no toilet paper, tooth paste & brush. Food is expensive & limited variety is available Televisions are connected by cable with poor reception, lights in certain areas were non existent inside the room Hotel staff are courteous but this will not make up for the many negatives about the hotel. Overall this is recommended for overnight stay only & not for family vacations

The hotel is located in market area, no proper ventilation in lobby and room. Room layout was conjusted. Travelguru promised complimentary breakfast but was not given

No option to give less than 1 Star. Worst Hotel Staff while it comes to treat the customer. They start jumping on your head if you talk to them. Please read other reviews before booking this hotel. I gave up the booking amount and did not even ask for refund after facing the Hostile and Rude behavior of the Hotel Manager. I checked into the Hotel Maneck which is just infront of this Hotel and @ less price. Rooms are same there at half of the price. This is my personal experience and may be the last one as I am going to stop booking hotels during Off seasons. Its better to ask Local Auto drivers or Cab Drivers or any local shop owners before booking these kind of hotels.

We were charged a bomb for our stay at the Hotel. The manager was extremely unprofessional and would not treat the clients properly. It was extremely unpleasant for us and I'd not recommend this place to anyone.

It is in nice location in the middle of the Town. Very easy to go for site seeing and lot of restaurants around.I stayed there for 2 days in March. Good food and clean rooms price also affordable. Room service is also good but looks gloomy in their body language.

We visited the restaurant situated within the hotel on 24th March 2016. The staff is extremely arrogant, they behaved as if we were there for a free lunch/dinner. What you order and what is served are totally different things. When you complain they say, we served you hence you will have to pay. Its a non sense restaurant, please don't waste your money and time by visiting it.

Stayed here for a night and must say that it has locational advantage - heart of the city. The Blue Hills restaurant is adjacent and the A2b restaurant is a few steps away. We took two rooms on the fourth floor 4002 and 4003. About the rooms; 1. Decent size and the bathroom was spacious too. 2. All the necessary amenities were there and the TV had a good no of channels. 3. 4003 doesn't have a balcony 4. In the corridor there is Floor level difference and if one is not careful could experience a fall. Some negatives 1. Doesn't come with room heaters and for the price of the room one is paying this is a clear miss. We paid 600 extra to get a room heater. 2. The bed is torn in many place - check our photos. We didn't have any major meals there, however the restaurant below provides some good oven fired pizzas. Try it.. Since it was for a night it was just sufficient.. Definitely on the higher side on pricing.

Demo Trip rooms on other side of the road are quieter,but the traffic on main bazaar road is totally nill after 11pm. So it doesn't really matter which side you choose
