For the entire stay period none of a single day the room was cleaned by the house keepers. The room hot water service is available for a limited time from 6AM to 9AM. It is not sufficient for a cool hill station place. It is only an below average hotel for the quality of service w.r.t. money paid.

This was the worst experience I had during a stay at a hotel. My room type was Super Deluxe but I could easily see cockroaches moving on and around my bed. My daughter is only one year old baby; you could understand my frustration. Observations: 1. Phone extension was not working. Even after repeated request, the phone extension was not repaired in two days time as well. 2. There is nothing called room servicing during the day. 3. No hot water after 9am in the morning. Hot water is only from 6am to 9am in the morning. 4. Unless you call for 3-4 times, the room service boy never shows up. 5. For every damn thing, the hotel boys needs tips and that too they don't feel shame in asking. In a nutshell, this was the worst hotel experience I had in my life. People! Don't even think of this hotel.

The room given to us wasn't good. It seemed to be cleaned ages ago. I would have changed if not stopped by my family who didn't seem to be willing to waste time in moving around. Booking here was one regret. No view from window. Neither the inside of room could hold attention. Improvement needed from cleanliness to service to everything. No wi-fi. Bathroom was okay. Nothing worth mentioning except staff at reception who gladly provide you option of sight-seeing which honestly we didn't opt for. We didn't wanna take any risk. Not worth visiting with family. You can go for it with friends like all boys group where you just need a place to sleep in and are planning spend whole day travelling around city. But again at your risk as sleep may not be as good either.

Not at all good place to stay... very bad rooms... No room service.... It's better not to stay in this Hotel.... The Staff are very rude... They even did not provide the hot water & bath soaps.... The bed sheets were very dirty....

I and my family went to ooty for vacations and we booked this hotel for 2days.The hotel was not upto the mark.There were numerous problems -The room service was not good, even though i ordered some warm water to drink at night they did not provide it to me,when i called them for warm water they told we ll provide in 5 mins but i waited whole night but the water didnt came. -lights and plug points were not working properply out of 4 plug points only 1 was working. -rooms were not clean,the carpet in our room was dirty and was smelling.The rooms were very dirty.the jugs and glasses were not in a state to be used. -toilets were not clean,they said hot water timming is from 6am to 9am but when i was taking a shower the hot water suddenly turned to cold,it was only 7am,and after that the water stopped coming from the taps and didnt came for 5 to 6 hours. -food was good ,though it was oily and greasy the taste was good. -no parking space just a small space outside hotel -the only thing which forced me to give it one star is its location

I booked this hotel for two days but when I checked-in on first day, I saw the poor services of hotel so I cancelled the second day booking. Room was not clean, water leakage, bed was not good. Door is also not closing properly because key was damaged. I spoke with staff and after many arguments they provided me another room but the same condition. Staff was not so helpful. I will not recommend to anyone to go there. It will not worth of money.

Our Check in was very nice, Especially Mr. Manjunath & Reception staff, Night shift old man were very kind to help.Breakfast is good.Room is very neat & clean.Actually hotel is located near to Ooty tourist spots & easily accessible to other places also.Definitely would like to stay again.
