The stay was comfortable.The ambiance was good . The staff of the hotel was courteous and responsive. In room dining service was good. Hot water was a problem it was there at all time but lukewarm.Other wise it was a good experience.

I stayed with my family. The hotel service is very good & hotel is far away from airport. Hotel staff is very co operative & professional. They have maintained their 5 star hotel standard. Overall our stay was memorable.

The stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, definitely not up to Taj standards and our expectations. Aesthetics - The exterior of this heritage property is in total disrepair..paint peeling falling off etc Rooms - these were just okay ..clean but musty wood smell Staff - courteous friendly and helpful within constraints of property Food - okay. pub not operational.lounge very basic Activities - very little to do during the day...and there is not much activity in Ooty so one looks forward to the acivities at hotel. The game room not clean and ill equipped basically only carrom or table tennis. There is billiards in separate room but on chargeable basis

Excellent stay at a very special hotel in a unique part of India. A room with a fire place and bay window is a recommendation. The staff are genuine in their attentivness to provide the best service and very lovely people who made our stay.

This hotel is a faded reminder of what was clearly a grand and gracious hotel in its day. It would definitely benefit from an update - even a coat of paint would be an improvement. The breakfasts were by far the best thing about the hotel - plenty of choice and well cooked treats.

We spent 2 days at the SAVOY, OOTY. 2 Adults and 3 children under 10. This is like stepping back into the grandeur of the bygone era. The place was great and the staff were unbelievably helpful. An evening drink in the BAR followed by sumptuous dinner in the wood panelled dining room with a live piano music, is a great way to experience the 'old world charm'

We had a nice family holiday and thanks to the hotel for enhancing the experience of oorty. The property is an ancient charming one . The rooms were good and confortable. The food and drinks were good though the menu was a little limited. The staff was welcoming. The only negative point we faced was that service was a little slow . Overall we had a pleasant stay

good to stay at ooty.. caring people..spa both guys & girls polite.. they made camp fire at room .its amazing.landscaping great.very peaceful place,,coffee need to serve more hot.welcome drink is good.if increase more activity would be more fun.
