We booked 3 rooms for 2 days. Initially he gave our rooms to some one else and have a double bed room two families. The bathrooms are worst. Bed sheets are dirty. The best part is staff behaviour. When we asked about these things he asked us to checkout and he started shouting at us. We can't do much as it already 11:00PM in the night. We booked for two days and we checked out the next day. I strongly suggest not to stay in this hotel. It is waste of money here.

HI Friends, My sincere request, please cancel your trip if you are selecting this place for your stay at OOTY. I booked it from ClearTrip. First off all clear trip should block these kinds of hotels. The manager, owner of this cottage are greedy. The behaviour is really bad. After paying for Royal rooms they forced me to stay in basic room. Rooms are stinky, damp, not clean, lot of house fly in the room, no towel, no TV, bedsheets and pillow cover are very dirty and not washed. When I asked to the manager (Manoj) why are you giving so dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, he started arguing. Only thing is I had a roof to stay and availability of water for my daily needs. It was really frustrating.

we stayed here for 3 days .. no room service for 3 days... he promised for 2500 for 2 rooms per day but on final day he increased the room rent stating peak season as he saw people coming to ooty .. That is totally not fair on their part... After some negotiation had paid rs.500 extra for rent.. People are so greedy..... after staying for 2 days suddenly you can't change ... i have no choice other than to negotiate it out and pay some extra bugs to stay back for one more day...
