Once i visited long time back which it was good to stay in the same thinking we went there by avoiding my friends request and review of tripadvisor, the manager and staffs was polite on the first visit now they behaving rude.i ve suggested many people to them and now i felt bad of because of the nasty room condition and the un maintained lawn, toilet, bed, electrical items , plumbing damaged taps, dour bed spread when complaining they were rude.then i felt that i should listen my friends words they have free cottage and guest house. we paid for a useless and worthless place.

I chose this hotel to spend some good time with my spouse and that turned into a nightmare. I got a new learning never ever choose your stay just based on the photos uploaded on web. It no where matches with what it's being shown on the web. Bathroom's door, geyser, tap nothing works. bedding quality is too poor. and the worst is staff's behavior. they treat you as you have checked in some dharamsala. the food is pathetic. They commit you pick and drop but deny at the last moment. since I had paid full in advance I had no other choice. I stayed there for 3 nights and left not with good memories. if you're going to Ooty, never consider this hotel.

The most daring and worst hotel I hav ever stayed. We are an average family and we were no looking for a cosy stay. From this comment itslef you could know how terrible it is staying in such a hell called Queen's Residency. The behaviour of the staff is too rude that if we ask something they will just tend to hit us. They says nobody could question them and we need to be satisfied with whatever garbaige they give us. All our enjoyment gone with this rude mentality of the staff and management. They will literally rule us as if they are the king. And worse is the cleaniness of rooms especially toilets. Its like a pool inside but full of garbage and toilet waste. AAAWWWWHHHH I still feel like vomiting... Food is even worse. They are charging tripple amount for those filthy food.Because of them we shortened our trip from 6 days to 3 and escaped from there. God's grace we are still alive!!!! If you want a good trip that you should memorise and you value your money and life, pls pls pls dont go to this HELL!!!!!

The hotel is filthy and not at all maintained. There was garbage lying everywhere outside the cottages!! The management is not bothered about the guests.. They say it has 2 star facilities but the bed sheets and pillows and furniture inside are worst than a lodge!! Not at all worth the money!! The hotel has never had a makeover since ages!! The property is in a good location with peaceful and calm surroundings, it's a pity that the management has neglected this place.. It needs a complete renovation.. If that can be done it can make a huge difference!!

Worst ... waste of money. Rooms are not clean... Food and Room service was horrible... Bathrooms were pathetic... Location is good... but rooms are not maintained and also ... Avoid going to this place... any toher hotel should be better than this.
