Easily accessable from Mysore-Ooty road. Rooms are clean and hospitality of the hotel is very attractive. Food is very tasty and not very expensive. The main drawback about the hotel is the parking area which is not sufficient Hot water was not available in bath room for the first day for that they were blaming the rain.

It was a terrible experience. First I was put in this dingy room without any ventilation. I had to talk to the manager over phone (he was not around) and confirm the room that I had paid for. When I asked for the room tariff, I was told that I would get one in the evening (after the manager took a print-out of the same). Overall a pretty bad experience

The hotel was a newly built one or newly renowed one but the facilities are not sufficient. There is major power failure and the place has no back up facility. Also the TV is a new one and there is no cable connection as there is no use of that TV unless one can just enjoy watching grains and lines on the screen. Due to no power there is no hot water in the tap.

Room was not cleaned properly on first day. There was improvement on 2nd day onwards. There was common kitchen but no cook. Open parking was also ordinary. Concept of family rooms was good with all three room interconnected with dinning and living space giving homely feel. Room service for tea/coffee was good. Even it was allowed to cook food for kids without any additional charges.
