The room was not that good it was shabby and the toilet was not cleaned properly. Service was very slow. The food was horrible. I personally do not stay here again.

It was a complete family hotel. I was quite impressed to see the arrangement. Staff was well trained and very honest with their effort. The room was fabulous and decor was pleasing. The dining facility was also interesting and location awesome.

The location of property is good .The room provided to me too was decent. Also the food served was OK. But the staff here are very unprofessional. They are very rude, their response is quite harsh. This is altogether a below average property.

We spent 3 nights here and our experience was very good. The comfortability was very fine in Super Deluxe room. Service and the food was good too.

I am disappointed with my stay in this property. The room i was given was decent but then the room service was very poor. They were not prompt, they didn't clean the place or change the bed sheets unless we tell them to do so. The food was fine. This is a below average property.

Hotel is located nearer to Botanical garden. Ambiance is good. Food is above average and not so many varieties. Needs improvement Good Hospitality. Highly recommended place to stay. Overall a nice place to stay

We booked this hotel through travel agent.Hotel room were really nice.we we're excited for candle light dinner. But our Anniversary cake was spoiled when we opened was really bad. Secondly the service was slow and food quality not good found as if food was not fresh.Third point that they don't have swipe machine I had to pay whole amount in cash and even after complaints to management no change was there.

I stayed here for 12 awesome days. The staff gave me a warm welcome. Meals were made according to my taste. The rooms were in excellent condition, neat and tidy at all times. Nice clean rooms. Good service. Heater available on extra charges. Above average hotel. Hot water available 24/7. Great value for money ... Would recommend .. But be aware of the cold climate .. Take warm nightwear along ..

Checked-in during end of Oct '16 long weekend. We booked 3 Executive suites. Upon reaching the hotel, realised there is no parking facility available. We ended up parking on open road by the side of a narrow one-way street. The lift service was terrible - hotel still have a very old lift system - and we had to use the stairs most of the times. I requested additional pillow which was attended promptly but due to very bad condition of the pillow, I had to ask for a replacement. Next day we thought of having breakfast at hotel -menu described to us had dosa, idly, poori etc but after placing the order and waiting for a good time of almost 10mins we were told only dosa is available. We cancelled the order and took breakfast outside. We stayed very less at hotel during the day, and when returned in the night there was no hot water available. This was the case next day morning as well. When enquired what is happening, the staff blamed it on the solar heater and lack of sunlight !!! I would say, please improve your service. These days its just not a bed and blanket customers need.
