Woodberry was a nice place to stay, rooms aren't fancy but they have everything you need and are clean. Food is standard fare but well prepared. Staff were very helpful with any questions. Took the recommended taxi service provided by John and he was one of the best drivers I've had on my trip. I felt very safe with him.

Our stay at Woodberry resorts for four days were really memorable. The warm reception and hospitality of all the staff were really appreciable. The room was enough spacious and had sufficient facilities. The mountain view from the balcony was stunning and the ambiance was marvelous. The food what they served was really good. We would love to stay here next time too.

We stayed at Woodberry for two nights and were very happy with the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff couldn't do enough for us, including organising to get our laundry done. The only complaint we had during our stay was with John's taxi service - not part of the hotel, but endorsed and recommended by them. I would suggest using a different company if you want to go on a trip.

The rooms are spacious enough for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We were provided with very thick comforters to bear the cold weather in Ooty. The rooms are very clean...

We, a family of three adults, booked a suite at Woodberry Residency. We checked in on 26th January,2017 in the morning and checked out on 28th January,2017 in the evening.Room was big and hotel provided an extra mattress( paid extra for the same) to accommodate all three adults. Room was neat and clean and so was the bathroom with hot water available 24 X 7, although a bit disappointed with the TV with only few selected channels in local language and thus missed both Australian open and India-England T-20. Food was o.k but the best part of the facility was room service- young men were very prompt and polite with ever smiling faces. Other services viz reception,booking, local sight seeing (service proved by out side agency ) went off very smoothly. This property is different from others in the sense that it provides a personal touch and not a typical business hotel .Overall a very pleasant experience and looking forward to visit again.Strongly recommend to all.
