The hotel is very nice, clean rooms , clean bathrooms, Great food. Great view from hotel to mountains, Beautiful garden. what i like the most was the great service from the hotel staff. We were group of college students from chennai, we booked 5 rooms. This is a small but great hotel better than any 5 stars hotels in the Pahalgam.We have been other 5 star hotels but i must say this is better than them. Thank you very much for your service.

Worst Hotel. Worst Hotel.

I had a holiday package with Makemytrip and they gave me this hotel as part of their package. This hotel is in between a slum. the path way to this hotel was so messy and you cant even try walking around. i felt that i will be robbed in this surrounding, But here comes the worst most part. i was assuming the hotel will be good even though it is in the worst place. We arrived and after 2 hours or so, i ordered for a masala tea and my wife asked for hot water (we asked for mineral water to be heated and given, as we had our doubts on the quality of water). attaching the photos of the same. The water had some filth in it (believe me they said its mineral water heated and given in the flask) and the tea tasted like metal. when i opened the flask it was a nightmare. Flask was completely dirty and rusted. i couldnt believe i drank that tea. and when i pour the water in the glass. Something strange was floating in it. I immediately called the room service and told them about this issue. they said ok and didnt even come to our room. After 30 mins or so, we got frustrated and we called makemytrip and said we need a immediate change of hotel as this place could be hazardous. After hours of waiting and conference calls with the hotel owner, the room service guy came to our room and cleaned it and was saying "ITS OK. ITS OK". I am not sure whats ok? i am sure they dont even know the meaning of hospitality. They were just ignoring whatever i was talking to them (even though it was Hindi) Then the hotel owner came up and said he will ask the hotel guys to be hospitable. My question is, are you training your employees at the cost of my vacation/health etc? The owner was also unbelievably begging, while the hotel guys he brought with him was chatting some nonsense behind him (not even bothered to notice the situation). Then we asked makemytrip to move us to a different hotel, and they moved us to Grand Mumtaz. At 9PM we had to move out. The whole day was spoiled. Please refrain from even thinking of booking this hotel.

The picture on trip advisor is not actual Hamdard resort is not at all a worth to stay Not great location quite far from Main Street approach road is very sad Very basic old rooms No amenities Average rooms rather rooms At any point there will be worthy options to stay. You can walk to golf course if u stay here

Disappointing Disappointing

MMT booked this for us for 1 night stay but we were severely disappointed. The road leading to hotel is a dirty path thru village - filthy & full of garbage. There is NO scenary around hotel but village huts. Amenities r v basic. Room carpets & linen v.dirty especially blankets pillows etc. Bathroom was aweful......all this when i had booked super delux family room. The food was tasteless and room service sad. Hotel staff - all males lacked complete sense of hospitailty My family felt v.upset to hv stayed there.

This hotel was provided by Travel triangle Agent since we book lumps package and agent promise to give super deluxe room i was not happy with the Hamdard resort. I booked 04 room but they offered me 04 room in other wing which was not shown in any of pic gallery of hotel. These room look like u r staying at a leaper road side lodge. Finally they shifted us to main building and we adjusted in 03 room, It was very bad experience to stay there, location is not at all good rather it is very bad, hospitality was good but its not worth for you pay.
