Very cooperative staff. It is closer to Bus stop, Palakkad Railway Station. Wish to stay here when I visit Palakkad again. Quick response to telephone calls.

We have booked this hotel just to freshn up as we have to go to our Temple visit. We have booked two Non A/c rooms. In one room no TV and in another it s there. Toilet and Bathroom are in a bad condition. Rooms had a old stinking smell. Not recommend for the stay.

Conducted a meeting... Its decent... Reception is good and long... Restaurant is small... Food was decent... Parking space is good... Its right next to the Railway crossing... Rooms aren't that good... AC's weren't working in many of the rooms...its an OK type hotel

Hotel has easily accessible and spacious car parking.Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My family of four, including a child, stayed in room 116 for 3 nights. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and pillows though head board fabric needs to be cleaned. Extra bed was not acceptable standard at all.It was a large piece of sponge with a cover!The extra pillow was also pieces of sponge with a cover! Upon asking the Housekeeping staff, I was told it was the regular practice here and not the exception! By the way, the Housekeeping pantry, for the floor, is right next to this room and is exposed to the guest. It was not a pleasant site to say the least! Management must bar access/visibility to guests for this area. The non-a/c room has two windows and a door opening into a balcony, for ventilation.The balcony looks into an exposed chute that is dirty.There is one glass window that opens to the parking, Robinson road and the railway track beyond it. The management could provide a net door and also nets on the windows so that they can be left open at night/all times. Room is very stuffy if the door and windows are closed.If they are left open, then you will be attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes! All night there were intermittent banging noises coming in spurts. The next morning, I went to the terrace with a H.K. staff and found that the tin sheets covering the air chute had come off partly. It was hanging and then banging when there was a strong wind. The intense noise carried down the hollow chute to our room! Management must fix this immediately and bar access for guests to the terrace area. Staff are friendly and helpful but need immediate service training. Standard Hotel format needs to be adopted in terms of tariff including buffet breakfast and with regard to room service operations. The bathroom is clean. WC and wash basin are well maintained.Hot water is available.Bucket and mug is provided. The water closet is located too close to the pipe so that the knee tends to hit the pipe and can be painful! The operation of the hand shower and other levers for the bath water may need to be explained to the guest as otherwise, guests might end up spraying water all over including their towels, personal toilet kits and the WC! Restaurant food and service were o.k. but surely needs upgrade, to meet standard benchmarks.[For e.g. the personnel sitting at the billing area, within the restaurant, was busy eating while some guests were already seated and other guests were walking into the restaurant.] The landscape art work in the lobby is eye-catching and absorbing.

i stayed in this hotel for one night, it was a nice experience for me in palakad, they are maintaining the property very neatly, and the staffs are very friendly and professionals. The food also good and tasty

thanks to Trip advisor, we landed in a good hotel. Very courteous staff. Clean rooms. Big enough. All amenities were good. Front office and support staff were good and cordial. They were very accommodative and nice. If I visit pallakad again, my stay will surely be here only. Competitive rates too. Bed sheets and pillow covers alone could have been better, otherwise no complaints.
