" Rooms and washroom are in awful condition, there is plaster peeling off, dampness on the roof, missing tiles, rotten doors, stains in curtains, got rooms ( #204/203) - which the hotel claims to be "A/c Super Deluxe" (though I think they cheated and give me a lower quality room ). I was expecting much better at almost 6500 / Night rate, it just ruined my holiday, never going back there. When complained hotel management was indifferent and the General Manager just walked off (twice) while we were discussing the matter leaving us with the receptionist. I don't think this is a 3star hotel at all. Have a look at the super deluxe room at 6500 / Night! "
Initially, when we arrived at the hotel, it was located on the way and looked nice, but, the bad experience that we had here changed our minds later. We booked a room for 3 adults after paying all the charges, however, we got a room with a bed for 2 adults only. The hotel manager and staff were very stubborn, lied to us and did not help us to move into a bigger/better room even though the hotel was having many such rooms vacant. They were asking for additional charges per night even though we paid for all the charges for a room for 3 adults. Also, the service was extremely poor. We used to order for bed tea in the mornings and it used to arrive after an hour or so at our rooms when reminding them on 4 to 5 occasions. This is one such example of the poor service of the hotel staff. The intercom facility was not working as well and we had to call the hotel from our mobile phones. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis and there were no house-keeping staff. Also, the staff number was very less as compared to the number of guests arriving at the hotel. Hot water was available only on request and the water was lukewarm. There was a swimming pool inside this hotel, but, the water was very cold. The open air restaurant was closed too. The only thing I liked at the hotel was food, but, that took a very long time to be delivered at our room and was very expensive for no reason. Overall a very bad experience.
Yesterday we visited hotel mount castle panchgani. The location of this perfect near Sydney point. But overall facilities are not so good. There were no soap, shampoo in room. There was so much cold but blankets were not there. I had to ask 3 times on reception to give the blankets. Management need to be better..
This hotel is just average to poor and nothing great. The rooms are small and will give you village feeling. bathrooms are untidy and rooms are ok. the only best part is their food. it was very tasty and breakfast was great.
The rooms are small, washrooms are stinky and water blockage. Poor beddings and towel. Toiletries very poor. No kettle in room. Small tv that too off and on working. Poor housekeeping and room service. They knock ur door 1130 in night to get bill signed. Only food was good which i enjoyed. In that too there is a twist that they don't take ur alacarte order during buffet and u are forced to eat whats there. Breakfast basics of toasted breads are on payments and not a part of complimentary.
